Promotional Con

Was forwarded an email from the company bet £10 on the King George on Boxing Day (today) and receive 2 x £5 Free Bets to use at Kempton the following day, The 27th. All terms were met and the £10 placed. NO SIGN OF THE 2 X £5 FREE BETS. Contacted their Customer Support who seem to have no idea about anything . Or do they ? The strange thing is the email associated with the account to which they sent the offer is now being identified as spam their end. It's a con without a doubt. Thankfully I withdrew all my funds before raising this issue

Don't fall for the intoductory offers

Don't fall for the intoductory offers, if you win (as I did), they will lock you out of your account and ask for loads of additional information...photo id, utility bills, bank statements etc. If you then choose to close the account they only refund your original deposit. They use regulations to rob you of your winnings which is criminal. Avoid any Rank Group gambling companys.

App / site allegedly rejecting winning bets

Regarding the review below claiming that the app / site rejects winning 'live' roulette bets. I believe that the reason this happens is that there is a delay in the video so that the result is known to the casino operator soon after the bets have been placed, while the video shown to you is still showing the roulette ball spinning around.

Allegedly, if the result is a bad result for the casino operator, e.g. your number will hit resulting in a large payout to you, your bets are then 'rejected' as if allowed then the casino would lose money on that spin, the last thing they want! The delay between the result and the video allegedly creates the opportunity for them to do this.

Check out the Trustpilot reviews for Evolution gaming. This phenomenon also allegedly occurs with other 'live' games and 'live' game shows etc.

Grosvenor Casinos grand prize wheel is a joke.

The Grand Prize Wheel promotion is an absolute joke, The tagline “EVERY SPIN COULD BRING A WIN” is false, In certain accounts (such as mine) it is “EVERY SPIN BRINGS NO WIN”

It as a joke, my wife’s account she gets a good mix of wins and no wins, but my account is almost 100% NO WIN. I do not believe this is a random game, I am convinced that this is targeted and their system has restricted my ability to win on their game, so my question is now, how many other games are they restricting my ability to win on, I have now completely stopped playing any of the slots on their site, and I no longer put my membership card in the casino slots until such time I can trust their games to be fair again.

I was asked by a casino manager to…

I was asked by a casino manager to provide bank statements and payslips to prove my legitimate income. This struck me as deeply ironic—casinos themselves profit from gambling, which is not exactly an ethical source of income.

That request made me step back and reflect. Why should I hand over my private financial details to an industry that thrives on risk and chance? It felt intrusive and hypocritical.

In the end, I decided to walk away from gambling altogether. I see it now as a blessing in disguise—being asked for those documents was the sign I needed. I feel protected, and I’m grateful to have moved on from that world.

Please go with the bad reviews and spend your money elsewhere. Signed up for the “new customer “ bonus deposited my money via PayPal then it said you don’t qualify if you use PayPal so I deposited again using my credit card, still no bonus, eventually got to msg a ‘person’ who was unbelievable unhelpful they said I didn’t qualify because it doesn’t work for a second deposit, total rip off…..

I want to make this very clear

I want to make this very clear, I'm not a disgruntled player that's lost thousands in the casino or online. Because when you gamble you don't expect to win all the time but you don't expect to lose all the time either and it's the manner in which you lose. It's blatant and brutal. Landbase or online they use various software A.I to defraud everyone who plays. Ask grosvenor what software system they use and if they say playtech, evolution gaming or pragmatic pla. Then I advise you to read the reviews for these companies and what you will find is people who have woken up to the scam. Alot of people don't belive it when you tell them they are being robbed because they can't comprehend that a so called legit place would do this to them. Play it on line and watch how the ball suddenly starts doing gymnastics, slowing down, speed up sometimes the ball flies off the wheel because natural gravity is up against being manipulated. I think the percentage in which they take from using this system is 99.9%. I've put it down to lock down. They lost so much money they had to turn the notch up to get back the money. Please everyone do not play in any casino unless you like losing money. Sky bet, paddy power, Ladbroke, the list goes on they are all crooks who use this very A.i to rob u
