Grosvenor Casinos Reviews

RNG on live wheels, everything is calculated to lose I had 99% of the board covered and every time it hit the loser
Sick of casinos using RNG for there roulette , can’t say anything really because I’m the mug that played , I would recommend no one play anything live because the game is rigged, RNG is not there to help you it’s to help casinos use it in there favour, we don’t need it , it was already random, RNG is used to cheat the player

Shocking hundreds spent with no bonus on slots.

Would give 0 stars if could signed up.and deposited few times.
Won a bit of money went to withdraw and blocked my sccount and requested id documents
Sent all documents off and then said they believe am gambling using third party which is not true! Never recieved winnings of £5000 stay well clear from this site

had an account with them for months been depositing fine when i went to withdraw they locked my account and asked me for lots of details and would not give me my withdrawal until i have completed the verification

Step 1 - you are lured in by a tempting sign up offer

Step 2 - you deposit your money and place your bet

Step 3 - they lock you out of your account and don’t answer your emails, your money is gone

This is a complete scam

Not a bad site for games, but got to be the worst for bonuses, the free daily wheel only ever gives 1 free spin or 10p casino chip not worth spinning waste of time.
Easy to deposit and withdraw no problems

If i could give zero stars i would. What an absolute joke not a casino. You win a bit of money and then they lock your account u send them documents and they send u email that they cant verify your details so the closing your account. In these days all the casinos has an automatic verification systems but not this one then they sending bunch of clauses of terms and conditions and basically confiscates your winnings without any proper explanation. So people please stay away cos if u will win u wont get it as they makes them own rules and accuse u of things they feel like . Sad and disappointing and definitely will take this further.

As i can see so many reviews coming up about this casino and basically same situation as i was in. I have never recieved my winings. They locked the account and just said i breached some kind of terms and conditions not explaining what. I have send them all the documents they have requested even me holding my document and etc. people pls dont play here h wont get your money maybe first withdrawal u will recieve like i did but not others . They doing this to everyone! SCAM

Horrible site. I've reviewed nearly every site out there, some good, some bad and some awful. 2 sites take it to another level in the awful category. This is 1 of them. Out of over 100 reviews this is and the other site, Mr vega* are easily the worst. It's not even close. Stay clear. I have loads of footage on my reviews to back up my views. Awful

I dont honestly know how these are allowed to do this to people blatantly rigged you cannot win reported to the Gambling Commission and sent video for proof. When you can call whats going to happen on the slots you know there is a pattern and if there is a clear pattern its 100% rigged

Grosvenor Casino Leicester. Another wonderful visit to this great casino, from receptionist Babs, every casino should have a Babs by law, to the friendly smiling staff all helping to make our visit special, thank you all.

One star is too good for this site. Should have started with Beware Scam site.
Opened account won some tried to withdraw £50 and then they blocked my account and reversed the money back. Now asking for ID before withdraw. Am 57 passport update but forgot to update address on bank statements.
So can't get paid until address updates end of June or July
So Beware

Without a doubt this site is the biggest scam out of all betting sites avoid at all costs

Shambolic casino. Had 6800 in my account they blocked it straight away.

Now they wont give me any of it back just saying its having an audit. Pathetic company stay well away.

Terrible casino experience with poor payouts. Grosvenor seems to be allergic to paying out bonuses, and nothing has really changed since I last reviewed this site. My advice is to look for other sites with better ratings here and better payouts. In my opinion, look for better chances of getting bonuses, and decent ones, at Slot Temple and Paddy Power, to name just a few. In 30 odd years of playing and during stretches of bad luck, there haven't been many casinos that shy away from dropping bonuses like this one compared to others. Don't go for the "it's all random" excuse; different casinos choose the options from the game suppliers. That's why you can have better returns on some casinos rather than others. I played 10 different slots and got a few features and no bonuses over hours of play. The only plus is the selection of games, but the payouts suck. I'd give it a 0.5 rating, but this site doesn't go that low, and that rating would be seen as generous. Poor, very poor. 1 out of 5.

CLOSED MY ACCOUNT HERE FOR GOOD

The worst app possible, having to sign in multiple times, gives free spins then after waiting for ages app crashes, who ever is responsible for IT needs sacking. See it has a 1.4 rating after using this app I am surprised it that high.

Poor! Not one decent £20 win out of £40 absolutely laughable save your money and go elsewhere just do your research disturbing win ratio biggest win was £10 avoid like the plague.

I successfully joined the Casino, when I tried to log in, I was asked SPECIFICALLY for my email address and not my user name, which led to my account being blocked, so after filling in the user name, I was allowed in. I then deposited £20 in order to claim the bonus of £20, which I got, but I cannot use the £20 bonus anywhere. This is the first and last time I use this awful company.
When I tried to obtain support about the issue, I was constantly being sent to read web pages and there was NO SUPPORT anywhere. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it is TERRIBLE!!!!!
