Received a damaged component

Received a damaged component; seems to be impossible for them it could not be my fault... No replacement, no reparation, no refund, shipping exessively high... Worst shopping experience ever!

Delivery problems

The package took a really long time to arrive, and eventually there were problems with the delivery address, even though I'd entered everything correctly. I ended up calling and sorting things out, and then I had to go pick it up in person in the city.

Return package hasn't arrived yet

Return package hasn't arrived yet, after more than 48 hours. I'm not even surprised. My computer, firstly, arrived 2 weeks late, then it did arrive it work due to the CPU and DRAM being dislodged (we assume, as the LEDs on the motherboard we lit for both those components). You can do better.

I am having a very bed experience with…

I am having a very bed experience with Grosbill.com. I have made an order, paid it, get the email confirmation. Later I received a tracking details for my order but after a week of waiting still did not start to move and stuck in the middle of nowhere. Support service did not reply properly and so far was not able to explain what is going on. There is no proper contact to get the support. You have an option to get the feedback either in your account opened with Grosbill.com or by telephone. Both options function terribly. Meanwhile, I have received from them the invitation to rate their service, like nothing is going on and they have accomplished the delivery. So, my problem remain unresolved so far and seems that no one at Grosbill is taking care of it.
