Bought a unit tried to return it inside of the warranty. They strung me along then filed chapter 11 now the unit doesn't work at all. Wish someone would start a group lawsuit up or something. P.s. to be clear my experience was further back but that's as far back as this app will allow me to set it.
I spent 2800$ with these people with a full warranty my app is not working an I can't contact anyone. This was a good con save your money!!!!!!
I have wasted thousands of dollars on this machine. The company dropped off the face of the earth with no warning and no follow up. They didn’t listen to their users and deserved to fail. I lost money but you don’t have to. Get a tent, don’t waste your money on boxes.
I purchased a $1.6K box from them. I assembled it completely following the instructions to the T. When turning it on the top light does not come on and the door will not open. I have been trying to get a hold of their customer service for a while and there is no response. Avoid this company. They took me for $1600 dollars. Looking for a lawyer now.

This is the most amazing grow box. Simple to use and grobos support was always there to help with everything.
Buyer beware! The company DOES NOT believe you own the grobo you have purchased. They will remotely disable your unit that you have PAID for. My grobo doesn’t work properly. Company will not fix the unit. Company website will not allow negative reviews, causing the buyer to be misguided into believing this is a reputable company to do business with!
