Amazing customer service. I wanted to change my order and they got straight back in touch after I emailed them, arranged for me to cancel and re-order without any delay.
Order arrived quickly and is good quality. I ordered the advent calendar as a present as well as some ground coffee with a tin. The calendar is lovely and the coffee is a favourite in our house.

Website is easy to use, lovely hat material and great coffee. Miffy tin is super cute. I think the calendar for Christmas is so worth it if you have a pod machine witch I don't.

Very easy ordering with lots of choice on the website. Once checked out the order was well packed and dispatched with tracking. It arrived in 2 days ready to use.

I’d really like to praise Grind Coffee customer service. I’m a repeat customer and recently had a parcel arrive damaged with items missing.
Customer service were as good as their word and sent a replacement within two days. I Love their coffee, I love their ethics and the customer service is the best. Full marks.

Nice coffee. Initially tried them a few years ago and didn’t like the pods, they seemed insipid and badly constructed but I was given a few from a friend more recently and it tasted lovely. Have purchased several large boxes of 100 pods ever since, it’s my go to daily espresso blend now. Not the cheapest and the buying experience seems a bit haphazard sometimes with the website (on mobile maybe that causes it? But overall good coffee (the standard pods) to be fair to them.

I started using Grind decaf ground coffee a couple of months ago having seen it in my local Tesco store. I was blown away as to how superb the coffee was even as a decaf which I am taking for medical reasons. I tried many others with varying results but it was only Grind that really hit the spot.
I happened to recently properly read the packaging (which I love by the way) & came across the QR code & ordered delivery of the storage tin & more coffee. Ordering & delivery process excellent. Thank you.

I have been a Grind customer for less than 1 year and have had nothing but first rate experience’s across the board. From online ordering from their extensive range of everything coffee and beyond. To delivery on time, to receipt of exceptional coffee and merchandise and even resolving an issue that arose from human error in double quick time to a more than acceptable resolution. Clearly their motto is ‘customer first, always’.

Still haven’t got my parcel. Not sure why you use royal mail and still don’t offer a locker or collect + style pick up option as I never have a good delivery experience with Grind. Such a shame as the coffee is great.

I love the harmony and balance of Grind House Blend. It’s worth the price, but definitely not more than that.
