Very pleased with my capsules and smart tin to keep them in. Wasn’t keen on the house blend but that’s personal taste and I really enjoyed a lot of the others. My current favourites are sweet miso and... See more

Ordered the Pokemon reusable coffee cup on 6th August 2026. Cup was delivered today 11th August 2026. The quality of the finish on the cup is really poor. The paint is scratched all over the cup with small dents on the underside and around the base. There are noticeable scratches around the top of the cup where it looks as though the cup has been used previously. The functionality of the cup is fine. The finish for what is supposed to be a brand new cup is really poor. A disappointing purchase.
The service etc was v.good but the coffee was very strong and not to my taste. I especially completed your 'find the brew for you' quiz and I ordered the recommended coffeee [the more expensive speciality one] and it was far to strong. Have now sourced an alternative blend - Waitrose No. 1 - so will not need any more from yourselves.
The service and quality from grind is outstanding and I have had several orders always surpass expectations
Many thanks
My machine worked and seemed to have an additional silicone part that sat behind the capsule drawer, I wasn’t sure why it was there but it was so I left it. It’s used in a luxury holiday let and was in perfect condition, was 1year old but only used for 6 of those months as we hadn’t opened. After cleaning one day the silicone piece was missing so I contacted Grind to ask for help! They were initially very helpful and said for me to send it back… bearing in mind the silicone bit just pushed in, I was told the whole brew unit needed replacing. I was worried about it getting damaged but they assured me it would be fine. I paid for this fix as out or warranty work, when I got it back the spout head fell off and the machine was scratched, dented and unrecognisable compared to what I sent. I’ve checked it over and it appears the whole outer casings are not my original ones. It’s clearly a very used machine. They said it was damaged in transit, but I’ve provided photos and the box and protective carton packaging that’s shaped to fit the machine, was in perfect condition. They then are saying as it’s out of warranty they can only send me a reconditioned machine or refund my cost for the repair. I’ve been trying to resolve this since March! Leaving me no choice but to buy another machine. They ignore my emails and when they do reply just keep saying it’s out of warranty! But I paid for out of warranty work, which was simply a piece of silicone that just pushes in! I don’t
Believe this silicone piece should have been in the machine in the first place. The returned machine doesn’t have it in there, so what exactly did the machine need to be sent back for? Never have I dealt with this before. No telephone number businesses are a nightmare, as it allows them to ignore you. They haven’t even said they are investigating it further and would I mind waiting etc, which I wouldn’t mind. I believe I have now lost my repair money and had a machine that’s been used a handful of times, at a very significant cost to me. Extremely disappointed and would ask for the owner to look into this, it looks like someone’s taken a hammer to it!! Not only that, but the coffee spout coming off is so dangerous, if that fell off during the hot coffee pouring, I would likely have a law suit from my guests. I’ll be waiting for you to resolve this! The only resolution that would be fair, is a new machine, not a reconditioned one. As I said before, I now believe the silicone part wasn’t needed, therefore this whole situation didn’t need to happen! The machine was working, so why on Earth don’t you take responsibility for your staff damaging my product and put right your wrong.
Consistency of the house blend is outstanding... Lovely chocolatey notes. I've been ordering for years and it makes a great Americano or cold brew! The pods and cold brew cans are a great backup in case I run low.
Really enjoy the House Decaff - good price too. However Grind say they are compatible with machines that use Nespresso, but my Sjostrand machine doesn’t like them 😩
Bought three different flavours of compostable coffee pods. Really disappointing quality - taste no better than pods available in supermarkets, and not as good as some of the actual Nespresso pods.
I loved how my Decaf instant coffee was in a tin for freshness. I loved the look, smell and taste of it too. This is my now go to instant! :)
It doesn’t taste like coffee. I don’t know what kind of raw material is used for the pods but you’re just drinking hot milky weird-flavoured drink. Package is cute, delivery is fast. That’s two stars.
Great tasting coffee in a variety of flavours, quick delivery service to Northern Ireland the points scheme and excellent customer service makes it my regular coffee supplier. The cute package is also a plus from me!
Their coffee is really good, I had a bad experience with the new sweet nut flavour but after one email I was sent a replacement. I love the fact that this is a guilt free and still delicious coffee
Purchased in Sainsbury's, whole bean house, I did not realise that it was possible for coffee to be so bland and near tasteless.
I will not be purchasing again or recommending.
I didn’t receive package on time. Royal Mail said they come but I didn’t hear anyone ring the bell for delivery.
Coffee is fine but the subscriptions have no reminders so you'll just suddenly have money taken from your account. Very disappointing!

I have had my subscription for a few months now, great coffee and service. Nothing is too much trouble for the customer service and Lina is an absolute gem for sorting out the mess I had made with my latest order ❤️
Having visited Grind Coffee Lounge in the Ridings, Wakefield and being served with a wrong sized cup (small and not even listed on their menu) the company responded by stating it must be another company as they don't have an outlet in that location. Sorry Grind, you do actually have TWO outlets in the Ridings, Wakefield, and I visited one of them. If you've 'lost' 2 of your shops, just query online and it will give you the exact locations and addresses of your outlets in the said location.

Was quick to deliver could been packed a bit better as items where just put in side a box and was moving around as nothing was put inside the box to make it compact !!
Was a bit disappointed with the colour of the tin with the mixed coffee pods in not as pink as the picture on line very very pale in colour !! But I emailed about this and I must admit they where very quick to respond and very understanding and said will send me another tin (the normal upright tin ) as a good will gesture which I appreciate but the fact bieng the long mixed tin of coffee pods I brought was for a present so still not like the colour I thought it was !!
Can’t really comment about coffee it self as not for me !!

Love the consistency of the coffee, and timely delivery! I have now been a GRIND loyal customer for over 2 years!
I picked the wrong coffee. The tins I usually get from Sainsburys are great but I chose the ground coffee which I suspect is for a caffetaire.
