I was so happy to find parts for my old grill that became close to unusable. The parts fit perfectly and my grill is like new!

I ordered a replacement part and was very pleased at not only the reasonable cost but how quickly it arrived! It was a perfect solution for our need and the company was great to work with!

The grill bot that I recently got is awesome. It’s even better than the promotional video which is hard to believe because the video was great. My grill is sparkling and looks terrific. It’s easy to use and does an outstanding job. I also had some questions and reached out to the customer service department and was amazed at how responsive they are. I was treated like I was their only customer they resolve my problem immediately. If I need anything else in the future, this is the first company. I’m turning to my experience has been outstanding, and I am a thrilled customer and will be using their services whenever needed in the future.

I ordered parts for my gas grill and that experience went well. Not so recently, I ordered a cover for my smoker that was indicated as "In Stock" and didn't receive it. Credit card was charged. 7 months later, I emailed customer service and was told that they would have it to me in "2-3 weeks". That was 4 months ago. (I know, I'm very patient.) I've emailed again, but am asking for a refund. Maybe their source for grill covers is not a good one.

I was looking for a replacement thermometer for my gas grill. There were plenty of them available. The problem was that all of the other sellers were not giving good descriptions of the size. I knew what size I needed for my grill and Grill Parts America had the size listed in the description perfectly. It was what I wanted and it was in stock and it shipped quickly. I'm super happy.

I placed an order on March 24th 2026 for a Grill Cover that their website showed "IN STOCK". They immediately charged my credit card and informed me that they were out of stock of the item I ordered but they were expecting a shipment within 2 weeks. Emails went back and forth telling me that they were still waiting on a shipment (their website still showed "IN STOCK". At my request they have canceled my order and said my credit card should be credited within 3 to 5 business days. Today the website still showes "IN STOCK". Think twice before ordering from this company.
