I ordered a suppressor unfortunately from Griffin Armament

I ordered a suppressor. They then pass you off to Capitol Armory for ATF certification. Capitol armory is a convoluted mess. After several attempts at getting ATF certification thru them, with misleading call times, I decided to give up…..I cannot afford to wait for an hour or more for Capitol Armory to get to my call. Plus I called the minute they were supposed to start taking calls, and got a recording that they were closed. So I waited a bit and tried again. This time the recording said the wait was too long and to try again.
So I requested a refund from Griffin….long story short, they refuse to refund and even if they did they’d charge a restocking fee for a product that never left its shelf.

Griffin Armament has assisted me in getting my issue resolved in an exemplary manner
