GridX / 1komma5 experience.
I received a so called 'AI' based solar system with 'HeartBeat' in Denmark from 1komma5 - which seem a GridX based system wrapped in 1komma5 colors.
Unfortunately the system seem incapable of handling settings for different buy and sales prices for kWh. At least 1,5 seem unable to twist it to match the energy tax system - which mean we regularly loose money using GridX/1,5.
Also GridX seem to ignore mails and phone contacts - unless you are a potential customer with hundreds of installations.
It's proven knowledge that unhappy customers are 5-10 times worse for business than one super happy customer. I hope this will open a line of contact - as I honestly liked the idea of an intelligent energy control system to provide me with lowest energy costs and reasonable payback time - - if it worked.
