First time shopper with the company, I went to place a rather large order - too large in fact for the shipping to be calculated at the checkout.
I reached out to the company through their listed email address asking if they could help me out. Sure enough, I received a swift reply, outside of normal business hours no less, acknowledging the issue with an explanation of the cause.
By the next morning, I’d received both an email from the contact and an invoice link allowing me to complete my purchase online through their website. Furthermore, they will investigate the issue I had to avoid others falling foul of a similar situation.
Overall, an easy, hassle-free process and they were very helpful.
I’ll certainly recommend these guys for any NASCAR diecast collector in the UK, simply fantastic customer service, I’ll certainly be returning to them for future purchases.
