This company will take advantage of you and not take accountability. Don’t come to Greg’s or any mechanic shop owned by sun auto tire & service unless you want to be scammed and lied to.

We just needed an oil change and cabin filter. Zach at Lynnwood was not only friendly, but you could tell he enjoyed talking about cars and maintenance. He took the labor charge off on changing our cabin filter because it could be part of the oil change labor. Our first time to Greg's, but we'll remember how well it went and will call Greg's first when we need service again.

Do not use Greg's Japanese auto for servicing your vehicle. They are not honest to deal with and will declare this or that on your vehicle and do fixes your vehicle doesn't even need. I was lied to more than once as a client and they really belittle their female clients. Every time I went in they made up some b.s. lie about how my vehicle was in need of fixing and I don't know how many times they showed me the same fake rat chewed wires that they use to scam clients out of their money.

I needed some work done on my toyota once and they falsely lied to me about fixing a couple expensive fixes. I went to a more reputable dealership and the more reputable dealership told me greg's lied to me about the fixes. Everything was in order and nothing was broken or damaged. I wonder how many clients they lie to and get fake fixes done to people's vehicles? This business is not honest to deal with. They did this to my neighbors, my mother and some coworkers as well.

DO NOT USE THIS BUISNESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!
