A warm welcome, a coffee and very personalised and professional service. No push, no hard sell, just competent and knowledgeable staff that underscored the positive vibe of your showroom and Green Retreat example builds. Toni was exemplary in the way she dealt with us.

On arrival the reception staff were very welcoming and offered us refreshments. We had booked a site visit with Harrison who was friendly and welcoming and who assessed our needs in terms of what we were looking for and patiently talked through options and walked us round the site to explore the different designs. We then drew up a design and decided upon the details of this, knowing it could be changed at any time should we wish. We were then given a quotation and Harrison explained the process from start to installation and completion. I will be contacting Green Retreats in the near future to arrange installation in my new home.

Our end to end experience with Green Retreats was superb. I would specifically highlight their exemplary customer service (which allowed us to change the size of our Garden Room at late notice, once we realised the original footprint wouldn't work) and quality of installation. Everyone who we interacted with was a delight and focussed on making the project not only a success but a smooth and efficient process for us as customer. Nicole S you are a legend.

Messaged the business to ask for some help with some garden office bifolds ( built in 2020) where the doors had become a little stiff and the seals had been compromised . They put me through to their after sales care team who quickly organised a call out from a team member who spent the morning adjusting the doors, replacing the now problematic seals and ensuring all back to A1 condition. All to my surprise still under their after sales warranty service .

Seamless from start to finish, we would use Green Retreats again in a heartbeat! When I had made a mistake on the design, the installers were able to use their own creativity to rectify it on the day of installation, saving my installation and my bacon! And even when I called them 5 years later to ask for help with my guarantee, they couldn’t be more helpful. Definitely the best garden room designers and installers by far.

We had an incredible experience with Green Retreat. We went with the Basebox plus, and the quality of the build was way beyond our expectations.

A special shout out to the entire team. The foundation was completed within a few hours, the garden office was constructed within half a day, and the wiring for electricity and ethernet, along with the trenching, were all completed within a few hours as well. Everyone at Green Retreat we interacted was exceptionally friendly, professional, and demonstrated a genuine understanding of customer requirements.

Green Retreats built a garden office for us in South London. The build was well executed and the whole process from design to implementation was very smooth and efficient. I’d like to give particular praise to Nicole Siddle, who went above and beyond to make sure our experience exceeded our expectations.

It was lovely to go to he Green Retreats showroom and actually see what I’ve ordered! Natasha was very knowledgeable and talked me through everything relating to the garden room, the interior, exterior, timescales and prices. It was well worth the visit!

Dealing with Green Retreats has been briiliant. From our first visit to the showroom at Westcott, to the follow up on completion of the installation everyone has been a pleasure to deal with and really professional.
Each team, at each stage was punctual, and tidy and they all took the time to make sure we were happy and kept advised of what would happen every day.
Our customer care specialist Nicole checked in with us at every stage of the process and was able to deal with any questions that arose quickly and efficiently.
The quality of the work is fantastic and the teams all seemed to be happy and proud to be working for Green Retreats.

Very importantly on the day we visited, the main showroom is indoors! The reception was welcoming, and we were allowed to have a good look round before Laetitia, the sales representative approached. She was very professional and friendly, and very knowledgeable about all of the company's products. She did not pressure us into any decisions, and left us feeling that we would have the product that we wanted.

Attentive, friendly approachable and helpful staff, knowledgeable and accommodating for the children with great facilities.

We had a garden office installed in February 2021 and four years later a few problems became apparent with the decking and doors.

We contacted Green Retreats After Sales and they have been extremely proactive in resolving the issues.

We would like to thank Green Retreats for the exemplary service provided by After Sales Team, the in house Technical Team and the site Technicians in rectifying the issues with the decking, doors, and minor subsidence, which was something we weren't even aware of. Everything has been dealt with on a highly professional and customer centric basis with the works carried out being completed to our complete satisfaction and on the dates advised in advance.

We would like to particularly commend the onsite Technician, James, who went over and above what would normally be expected when providing his service and expertise, he is a credit to the company.

Top quality build, extremely impressed by the organisation of the installation and all the different tradesmen. We were kept informed of any updates. From the initial visit to the showroom to the completed build, we had five star service. We shall enjoy our garden room for years to come, thank you Green Retreats.

Led by Jess Pettefer in Customer Care, GR provided a high standard of communication and care throughout 'the build', from planning to installation and the handful of snags completed afterwards that any such project encounters. All the staff, on-site and at HQ, were exemplary. The show centre is very impressive if you're able to visit as we did. We were recommended GR through friends and are equally happy to endorse.

A fantastic experience from Pre booking an appointment to arriving and being given 5* treatment. Staff are extremely friendly regardless of budget. The staff are very knowledgeable with every minor details given. The showroom is extensive and one of the few in the country that have the capacity to show you all options to view in person.
The security in buying the product and reassurance around every step of the way is first rate. We can’t wait to see the final result!

What can I say about Green Retreats? Amazing — with a capital A! We’re absolutely delighted with our new Basebox+; every time we walk into it, we get that warm, fuzzy feeling.
This is actually our second garden room with Green Retreats. Thirteen years ago, we had a more basic model, and since then both the product and the workmanship have gone from strength to strength.

We had three different teams working on our project, each completing their part with skill, respect, and genuine professionalism. There was one small hiccup during the electrical stage, but the customer care team dealt with it brilliantly — sending out another team straight away to resolve the issue, no matter the distance. Truly superb customer service.

To sum it up: brilliant workmanship, professionalism, care, job satisfaction, and one very happy customer. Now… where could we fit a third room, I wonder?
