DO NOT BUY GREENPAN. IT IS NOT "NON-STICK"
Bought from Myer Maroochydore. They look lovely but what good is that? GreenPan's claim of "non-stick" is a falsehood. I paid a lot of money for two GreenPan "non-stick" pans and they are absolute rubbish. They require soaking and rubbing with soapy water and a dishcloth to remove scrambled egg. The warranty people will not accept that they are not non-stick, so I am stuck with rubbish. To say I am annoyed is an understatement. This company needs reporting! DO NOT BUY A GREENPAN PAN.
Rubbish Green Pan
I purchased from Catch.com.au. these pans are the worst. I first purchased the yellow set of Greenlife pots and pans which were disastrous.
Catch replaced them with Green pan pans, these are even worse as they are definitely non non stick, they are rubbish. So I will have to go out and purchase another set
set of greenpans from OzSale
Bought a set of greenpans from OzSale, and pan chipped immediately the lid was placed onto it. OzSale said go to Greenpan and Greenpan said go to OzSale neither will take responsibility for the bad quality of the pans 🤷🏼♀️hence left with unusable pans. Never buy again. 😤
Avoid.
Followed care instructions to the letter. After 1 month everything cooked in it sticks like s h i t to a blanket. Worst pan I've ever used and I'm a professional chef of 25 years.
I bought pans that came all chipped and…
I bought pans that came all chipped and scratched up and this is what the company said to me below.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting The Cookware Company.
Chipping up to 1 to 2 mm is a perfectly normal occurrence because Ceramic coatings are very hard – i.e. in the same way as Porcelain Ceramics are hard but not very flexible. Secondly, unlike with PTFE coatings, Thermolon does not require any chemical adhesive primer to stick to the pan. Thermolon’s adhesion relies solely on roughening the pan’s surface before the coating is applied, which creates a natural lock and key adhesion.
Any imperfections, such as chipping, are considered a reflection of the hardness of Ceramic coatings and not having to rely on chemicals for adhesion. As the product remains perfectly safe for use if it chips, it does not require a replacement. In fact, the hardness of the coating is one of its strengths because it will be less prone to scratching during daily use.
The great thing is that our products do not contain any PTFE or other PFAS, and they are free of Lead and Cadmium.
If chipping is present along the rim, it is recommended to use pan protectors.
We take great care in reviewing all warranty claims. We have experts who can easily determine whether a manufacturing defect is present.
I would like to assure you that your product is perfectly safe for use.
Thank you!
Belinda

BUYER BEWARE!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! After only 5 months of general use and following GreenPan's usage and care guidelines to the letter, the rivets holding the handle started to chip. I contacted The Cookware company, GreenPan's parent company, and started a warranty claim to which I thought would be fairly straight forward and painless. From the start of the emails it became apparent that this was not going to be easy. The words they used were "chipping is normal". I argued that after 5 months use it should not be chipping and in fact if chipping was normal then they should not be advertising their product as premium cookware. I have owned lower quality cookware that lasted much longer. After many emails, they denied the warranty claim stating that their "experts" could not discern a manufacturer's defect from the picture. The whole communication from The Cookware Company appeared scripted and coached, and lead me to believe that they deny all warranty claims. The impression I got from this experience is that The Cookware Company, AKA GreenPan, is one of those companies that is out to con consumers into believing they are offering a quality product, but in reality they are a shady company selling low quality product at a premium price. I will never buy GreenPan or any product from the Cookware Company again.

the handle on the 8" frypan heats up and i have to use a hot pad to grip it. i wont buy this brand again
The pan only lasted 3-6 months
The pan only lasted 6 months. The non stick coating came off after that. These are not made to last.
Extremely disappointing product and customer service
Rust developed and coating on rim came off my 30cm greenpan after jus two months. I always hand wash and dry the pan after use. Contacted customer service 25 Sep, got a reply on 3 Oct with cleaning instructions. I tried but it didn’t work. Further, I don’t want an expensive pan that rust and with coating coming off after jus two month. Asked for refund and still haven’t heard from them. I also send them a chat on messenger and they said they will replied and it has been nearly 3 weeks. Do not trust this company’s product or customer service.
horrible build quality
i admire this company for trying to make a truly toxin free pan but really build quality wise these are one of the worst pans out there. They can barely last 6 months and are inferior compared to a basic £20 pan from amazon. All in all it's disappointing you expect for the price you pay to be getting something at least somewhat durable but it really isn't . Still will continue to use them though as they are the most readily available toxin free pan out there.
They won't pay for return shipping!
They won't pay for the shipping cost to return unopened/unused pans within their 60 day return window. Now USPS wants $95 for the cheapest shipping to return $250 worth of pans. Not to mention, I want to return this set because the 1 pan I had of theirs which I initially liked, started to stick horribly after only a couple uses and turned to garbage.
Awful and not even close to non stick.
Awful and not even close to non stick. A complete and utter waste of money and I am surprised they are still in business.
Paid £300+ for them to end up with…
Paid £300+ for them to end up with handles moving around, needing re screwed, the inner layer to chip off, and them look awful after less than a yr. even the plastic spatula melted. Wife ordered them to have good quality and we think they are like something you get in a basic shop.
This product is a hoax
This product is a hoax. Everything sticks to it. Even the spatulas etc are really poor quality. Worst waste of money.
Would give o stars if I could
Would give o stars if I could! Worst pans ever!! Literally everything sticks to them after a few uses- coating chips off on all the edges even with proper care. Absolutely terrible product and just wasted money. We can’t even use them as it’s pointless with food sticking so bad even with using their recommendations to make it better- nothing works. Company refuses to accept responsibility saying that “chipping of the product is normal” okay what?? Why should that be normal. And refuses to help about the non stick issue- looks like everyone on here has the same problem.. do not buy!!
Terrible product
Terrible product. Did not even last a year even after hand washing after every use. Company does not back product.
Horrible product and a complete waste…
Horrible product and a complete waste of money! I bought two. This pan isn’t even suitable of making a simple egg for breakfast. Everything sticks on it! I have tried different fats and all kinds of temperatures. I wish I never bought this. To be honest, a pan from Tesco’s or Sainsbury’s works better than this.
Had for 2 years but they have rusted…
Had for 2 years but they have rusted and food sticks. Thought they would last longer as they weren’t cheap. Ok for 1st 3/6 months then no good
Omg what a joke of a product and…
Omg what a joke of a product and company. They use canned responses on email to say their product issues are actually the users fault, instead of taking responsibility for the faulty product details. An absolute never buy again.

Unfortunately I can't review the set of pans I purchased as they didn't arrive. Based on the other reviews however, it sounds as though I've not missed out on much!
It would be nice to see the £150 returned at some point though. I've been waiting nearly two months, surely that hasn't got lost in delivery also? 😊
