Awful pans. Bought a large and small frying pan at great expense about 4 months ago. Paid close attention to instructions for use. Everything sticks and cooks unevenly no matter how I use it. Rip off

Over the time, I replace my nonstick pan just for cooking two dishes; crêpe and potstickers…. (All other cooking I use wok and cast iron)
GreenPan performs on crêpe the way should be but not on potstickers. I tried several times however I got poor result every time (stick to bottom and can not flip with golden crisp crust)
I wouldn’t purchase this brand and am not recommending it.

Purchased a green pan frying pan just over a year ago from John Lewis it was very expensive, initially was pleased with it but within a few months it began to stick really badly and meat / meat balls were impossible to brown off and seal. I though the pan had a decent guarantee but this is worthless I have emailed twice in the past month and not had anything more then a standard reply saying that they are were busy and reply could take up to 15 working days, emailed again and nothing, AVOID AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!

GreenPan pans are not non-stick; stainless steel and aluminium pans perform better. There is little point in a non-toxic coating if it is not non-stick. After frying an egg or steak it can take 10 minutes to clean a GreenPan pan. Grossly overpriced, but not worth buying whatever the price.

The only way the company can improve, is to actually make Green Pans non stick !! Mine stuck from the first use!! Reading the reviews, most have the same problem. Luckily I only bought one pan, totally useless.

I would recommend products only to people I don't like.
This entire product line is expensive trash.

I can only second what other reviewers have said. Initially, it worked fine and food did not stick to the pan. This lasted a few weeks. I bought thus pan a few months ago and now have to chuck it in the bin as it is totally useless now. Small pan cost over £40!

The first impression was excellent. Food did not stick, nice material and good design. But!!! The frying pan lasted exactly one and a half months. Food began to stick, cooking is impossible. This is the worst and lowest quality frying pan I have ever had. Waste of money and unjustified expectations.

These pans are awful. Over priced and not non-stick.

After one use it was evident that these pans do not follow through on their promise of being non-stick. They’re dreadful. And really difficult to clean after use too.

The company’s customer service is dreadful. After several e-mails and photos sent they promised to send a replacement - that was 4 months ago and now they’re not responding to my e-mails.

To be honest, I don’t want the replacement. I bought a set of 10 pans, and they’re all as bad. I doubt a replacement will be any better than the ones I have.

Save your money and buy something else. I’ve had better, longer lasting and more non-stick pans from Coles and Ikea.

Just threw two of their pans in the garbage dumpster. Everything sticks to these pans and nearly everything scratches or dents them. Real garbage. The only thing worse than their pans is their customer service.

These pans stick and burn on the first use. Then when you try to get resolution they ask you for fifteen different pictures of the pans. Then they take weeks to reply. Then they say they want me to find a months old proof of purchase. Would NEVER recommend these pans

Worst product. Made for induction, but heavily scratches the induction surface.
The pans are NOT non stick, everything sticks to them, also, there are so many conditions when you receive them - you cannot cook with this oil, you cannot do this, or that, and they still are crap, and stick. Worthless, but something else

An absolute joke of a company, We bought a set of pans with them just 3 months ago, the coating on of them came off even though we took extra care, I contacted customer service and they have been messing me about for a month, they keep telling they will ship my replacement then I hear nothing, it's an absolute joke of a company!

Pan’s are expensive trash. Surface is easily damaged and no warranty. Customer service is terrible.

purchased couple of pans for myself and others for the relatives as a gift.
literally, greenpan products are the worst so far although they're very expensive. despite l have been quite meticulous with the care , ( never put on dishwasher, for example), everything, any kind of food started to stick it heavily.
please do not waste your money . just a regular non sticking pan would do better job and would be much friendly to your wallet.

Very very poor qualify. Non stick not had it few months and literally every type of foods sticks. Just cooked some salmon and spent 20 minutes trying to get the fish skin off the pan!!!! Total waste of money. Worst pan I have purchased in 40 years.

First let me state that I love the Greenpan set that I purchased, my issue is with the warranty service they claim to provide but do not. I purchased my pan set from a store on March 1, 2024 and the 7" sauce pan coating started to chip. I contacted the company because the store did not have a replacement set and I didn't want to return the full set because of 1 pan with an issue, I like them to much. I contacted Greenpan and explained the issue, told them the date of purchase in the first communication. They requested photos of the damage, the size of the pan and the receipt for proof of purchase. There was an exchange of 5 emails and I presumed the company would replace the pan. I did not want a refund, I wanted the pan replaced. I was advised to return to the store and as mentioned the store did not have a replacement set. I mentioned I would wai the 30 days and request a warranty replacement. On the 6 reply from Greenpan - Karen Lennox, Director of Consumer Services stated that they would keep my emails and would not honour the warranty but that I could return my pan set to the store and Greenpan would offer the best price possible on a replacement set. As a consumer I am tired of companies exploiting loopholes to get out of doing what is right. I want 1 pan out of an 11 piece set replaced because it is faulty but the company will not honour their warranty because of a 30 day return policy from the store. In other words if I had waitied 1 more week Greenpan would have honoured the warranty. I will never purchase another product from this company or any affiliates based on the exchange with Shayna and Karen from Greenpan as it is very shady that they continued to respond knowing of their supposed agreement with their retailers and the 30 day policy. I have the supporting emails and pictures if needed. I would not purchase from this company based on their customer service. If you can't stand behind your product, you shouldn't be selling it. The issue isn't a 30 day policy, the issue is that the pan failed within the first 3 weeks. Stand behind your products GREENPAN!

Do not buy this product.. This is the biggest waste of money I've ever seen - this company should be sued for false advertising! The "non-stick" ceramic lasted about 10 uses, now I spend 10 mins cooking and 45 minutes cleaning the pan. I'm ready to throw it in the trash.

I'm In Love With Your Products, However....I Just Bought A Bistro Noir Slow Cooker, Skillet & Grill . I've search the internet for a recipe book and there is none! If you have one please let me know. Because I have not found one. I have found recipe books for all your other products but not for this one. I like this product but I would like to get a recipe so I can cook my food better on your product.

Don’t waste your money and buy elsewhere. Bad quality, poor design and horrendous customer service. The non-stick coating lasts about 6 months and chips easily, especially around the edges and handle rivets. When the coating chips, it exposes the toxic aluminium underneath, defeating its entire purpose and branding. My GreenPan set, are a little over 12 months old and they look like they’ve been in constant use for 20 years and I don’t even cook regularly!
