Green Oval Garage Reviews 

Green oval need to encourage there staff to leave more positive reviews for them as it's obvious something just isn't right with this company.

We were about to take our vehicle back to this company but have read some of the helpful posts here and have decided to go elsewhere, we've had similar problems to those which people here have expressed.

Unfortunately not a company that I'd go back to...

Very impressed. Booked my Discovery Sport in and received a bill that was literally half of what I expected. Genuinely impressed and would recommend them to any Landy owner.

Never again... really expensive and a poor job. My range rover has never been right since Green Oval worked on it....
Now I have to take it to another company to get sorted...

NEVER WOULD I USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.... THERE NOT REGULATED BY OMBUDSMAN SERVICES SO BASICLY THEY CAN AND WILL DO WHAT THEY LIKE WITH YOUR VEHICLE, INCLUDING TAKE PARTS OF AND KEEP THEM, LIE TO YOU ABOUT WHAT PARTS NEED REPLACING THEN EXCESSIVELY CHARGE YOU FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS.
I don't recommend you use this garage for anything if they can they will take advantage of you and your situation.

Unfortunately this company has a reputation and its not good, people who leave negative feedback get blocked of their Facebook page so the only impression potential customers get is positive but it's generally a company you need to avoid.

The above is all IMHO which I'm very much entitled to.

We were travelling to Yorkshire from Hertfordshire in our Land Rover Discovery Sports when a number of warning messages flashed up on the dashboard. On arrival in Yorkshire we were recommended to Green Oval, Wetherby branch. We telephoned them Monday morning and spoke to Liam, and despite them being fully booked, he was extremely helpful and obliging and Liam and Martin looked at the car the same day and identified fault, ordered the part and the car was returned to me on the Thursday. I cannot thank the team enough, they were brilliant, professional, caring and so helpful. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Yet again.🥺Daft response to customers asking me to reply to bogus email addresses. These guys are truly awful. There business smells.

Polite professional company with customers best interest..

Today I've had my Mazda 6 in for service, MOT , and change of break pads, the staff was very friendly when I did the booking over the phone and they were even better in person, very warm and wholesome experience.
The job done on the car was brilliant , my previous encounters with garages have been poor especially when changing pads as they would always squeak for a while , not on this garage, I am grateful for the service offered and will surely return here in the future.

Contacted martin and his team after finding diesel running out of our discovery, it was the day they broke up for christmas, martins comment was get the car here asap and we will see what we can do, car delivered, fault diagnosed quickley, part supplied and fitted, we would highly recomend them to anybody with a landrover, thanks again and much appreciated

If you are looking for a company that is customer focused look no further than the Green Oval team. My Discovery 4 became a non starter with a very problematic fuel issue, Brian and his Green Oval team went the extra mile to repair my vehicle keeping me informed every step of the way with no fancy up selling. If you want your Landrover serviced or repaired I highly recommend Green Oval.

Very customer focused and go above beyond to make your experience in dealing with Green Oval the best it can be. A super professional team who always go the extra mile for you. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else as in my opinion, no other garage comes close. Thank you as ever for the excellent work you do on my car.

Great guys who are so helpful! They thoroughly investigated the “strange noise” and kept me informed during the process. I certainly felt to be in good hands. I was never charged for any unnecessary work and my car was fixed and back at home with no further issues.

Great service, always helpful and do what they say in a timely manner.
Always willing to answer questions and help with any issues.

as usual fantastic service from green oval ,been taking my vehicles here for many years ,they are the most knowledgeable guys around for landys and rangys ,they know these motors inside out ,i wouldnt trust anyone else to look after my vehicle ,always polite and helpful and always go the extra mile to help you out if you are stuck , as long as i have a rangey i will be taking it to green oval

Found this garage when in desperation with a second hand Jaguar I had just bought. They worked on it really quickly and proficiently and went the extra mile in several ways, including arranging a fitter to come and fit a security system whilst they had it, and quickly putting some new tyres on the same day I was due to pick it up at the last minute. Brilliant team and really fast working, they also make you confident as they’re really knowledgable when it comes to Jaguar Land Rover. Highly recommended.

I had my jaguar serviced today. As it was recently purchased second hand I wanted to give it the once over, repair the brakes, trace any potential problems I hadn't noticed and get them sorted.
The Guys at Green Oval were very friendly and very professional. They located and fixed the problem with the brakes and gave advice on future servicing requirements.
I'm very pleased, would definitely use them again, and needless to say would recommend Green Oval without hesitation.

Top marks from Martin at the Wetherby branch, our Discovery 4 was due a 6 year service which was carried out at a good price, everything that needed attention was explained in great detail. Very happy with the service received and will use again.
