Maybe figure out a way to offer refunds? The small discount certainly doesn't offset the fact you can't get a refund even for games that are broken on release.

Thank you for your feedback. We do try to clearly advertise our refund policy so customers are aware prior to placing an order, because we are an authorised digital retailer, keys are delivered instantly upon purchase, and once a key has been disclosed to the customer, we cannot resell or cancel it, meaning we cannot offer a refund. Whilst we understand how frustrating it is when a game launches with technical issues, game performance and post-launch patching remain the sole responsibility of the publisher.

Garbage company
Your website said it was good in my region but did not list the regions it was available in. After purchase I was not able to use the code or get a refund. I will never use this website again and will join any future lawsuits regarding this issue.
