Prompt, efficient, and helpful throughout including when there was a glitch in supply, everything arrived in time to rescue what was left of the greenhouse after the storm. I rang them to check on availability of Polycarb pieces, the person I spoke to was friendly and very knowledgeable about products and even told me the easiest way to cut the glazing (and it worked) even better was the really quick delivery, I received my parcel the next morning.

Plastic greenhouse panels did not arrive on the promised delivery date. Greenhouse Warehouse said the goods had been delivered and signed for by the consignee. Found the goods outside the front door of a vacant flat in the next street.
Delivery company said they would not refund the postage as it was the suppliers responsibility. Contacted Greenhouse Warehouse who were apologetic but there was no offer of refunding the postage.

if you want any parts or even a new green house just check these guys out . I went on line to buy the parts I needed for my green house , you know that storm we had , well it took one of the panel's from the roof , couldn't find it so had to replace it , plus it took the door off broken the runners , I bought all I needed plus more clips , saved me hours of searching the local DIY stores . now ive got their number , I know where i'll be shopping in future .
