We purchased a simplicity lean-to from the Greenhouse People last summer, but hadn’t got round to arranging an installation until Feb. We contacted Denham Installations and got a quick response from Euan saying he could come and install the greenhouse in a couple of days which was great. Unfortunately some of the materials had got weather damaged (my fault) but Euan was great and said he would arrange to get the replacement materials and come back in a few days to finish the installation. He was true to his word and made a great job of the installation. Would definitely use Denham Installations again for any other similar work.

Great service from Ian at The Greenhouse People at Dobbies, Breahead. We are so glad that we visited the site office rather than order on line. Ian’s experience was invaluable in helping us select the best greenhouse for us. The sales approach was not pushy, we got a good sale deal and communication after that was excellent. The greenhouse has just been assembled today and we are delighted. Everything went like clockwork. Highly recommended.

I purchased a kamado joe accesory 6 years ago and since then i have been chasing this item. I have been chasing this by phone many times, each time im told someone will ring back and they never do. i forgot about this until recently and chased it again. The man on the phone said he could see that i had called after placing the order, but the supervisor who emailed me after this denied there was a log of this. Luckily for me i have HI HI app on my phone which recorded this.
They sent me a screen shot saying to me that this was proof of delivery with no name or address on the screen shot. Complete liars. I am now thinking of small claims court . Seriously dont deal with this company

Jon very helpful on first encounter and able to select the right option for us. Clear understanding of delivery timescale and requirements. Was able to facilitate preparatory work and remained in touch for queries. Shed quickly erected and appears very satisfactory.

We 'popped into' The Greenhouse People at Staines to start to look at greenhouses. They have a great range on display and I thought let's get a brochure. Then I met Sue, who knows her stuff, totally understood my wants and needs, provided choices and alternatives. Needless to say we have ordered our greenhouse.

Jason had very good knowledge of all products and helped me to make a good choice.
He had a very good manner and customer service was excellent.

Dropped in to the Staines branch to seek Sue’s assistance, needing an internal makeover for my elderly greenhouse. Sue, as always was quietly professional, knowledgeable of her products, but never pushy. A great purchasing experience, one that you could never get online!
If you’re looking for a tailor made greenhouse or garden room, then look no further.

Delay in arrival of paid for cold frame which I had to chase up reissued with poor instructions could not manage to build By one person.
Wrong parts in the package and wheel incorrect for frame and brakes broken. A poor service Following complaint received up to date instructions -too late

Met with Sue at the Staines site. Meeting was arranged and all my questions were answered clearly and concisely. Completely felt at ease and the service was professional and clear. Our purchase was executed and I felt comfortable and relaxed with the greenhouses on show and the service received. Jason was also in the office who was an added source of information. We popped into Greenhouse People at Braehead for advice etc and met up with Ian McLaren. After a chat on what I was looking for and what he recommended would suit me, I went away to think about it. We returned a few weeks later and had another chat and I was very happy on what I decided I wanted to purchase - and did.
Now waiting for delivery and 🤞there will be no problems as we live a far distance from Glasgow

Ordered a greenhouse from the Staines branch, Jason was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the products and accessories, and was very patient when helping us with the configuration. Would highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience with The Greenhouse people starting with Ian McLaren at the Braehead showroom. Ian was so knowledgeable and helpful we were able to choose exactly what we needed making sure we got the best deal available ! Delivery was just as efficient with a really helpful delivery driver that stored it all carefully until we had a date for assembly. This driver had come all the way from Stoke and spoke so highly of his employer telling me they were a family firm and how good they were to work for-this is rare in 2026.
Ian had given us a list of people that would assemble the greenhouse we chose Euan Denham from Denham contractors he was brilliant! Great communication explaining everything and did such a good job. Delighted to have Euan as a contact now for future jobs. A brilliant experience all round which is not something I can say too often about a product or customer service. In short I have already recommended one person back to Ian and will do the same re Euan. Thank you love love our Greenhouse.

I have just purchased a new greenhouse through Sue at the Staines site of Greenhouse People. I have been in contact with Sue over several years while my old greenhouse became unuseable. Sue has been helpful and patient over several years and when I visited the Staines site she carefully explained the differences between the different vendors and models, but left me quietly to make my own decision. Her advice was very valuable and culminated in the purchase of a Hercules Blenheim greenhouse. Highly recommended
