Green Country Rooftops and Restoration…

Green Country Rooftops and Restoration is nothing more than a roofing ambulance chaser. They talk big, make themselves look and sound fantastic but they are far from it. I hired them in 2024 to replace my roof and gutters. BIG MISTAKE, HUGE!!! They were quick to start the work but not so much to fix the things they broke or toss in the trash. Mistakes happen but you fix them and move on, they didn't want to fix anything, still don't. First problem, they removed and tossed all the bat proofing I just had installed. Did they need to remove it, yes but they were supposed to keep it, and I would have had it reinstalled, 4k flushed. After 4 months of begging, I finally paid to have it replaced out of my own pocket and Ryan was supposed to send me a check, which he DID NOT, even though I was told the check was in the mail, several times, by several people. Second problem, they knocked the furnace vent pipe off, tried to fix it themselves but couldn't and didn't bother to tell anyone. It was found when my attic was inspected by the critter company. Worker problem yes, but he said they didn't do it. It wasn't like that before, my attic was inspected a few months previous by the same critter people. 6 months go by and he calls asking me for the balance of what I owed him, I wrote a check minus the bat proofing material and install.
I have broken siding everywhere. If ya break it, ya fix it period but instead, I am being told how old my siding is, house was built in 1997. AGAIN, if ya break it doing work you were hired to do, ya fix it. It's still not fixed and looks horrible. Now lets talk leaks....it took them more than 9 months to send someone out to fix the leak. Yes, I had a previous leak in the same spot BUT you were told that, and YOU said it would be fixed. It wasn't. The person he sent, caulked it up, in the rain and used so much caulk, the dang caulk ran down. It took him so long, mold grew on the inside of my house where it was leaking (the mold was not there before he fixed it). Now I have another leak, water spots on the ceiling are a good sign of leak, he said they’re not. But again, Ryan would like to pretend it's not his fault, it's my house, it's the siding, it’s everything and everyone’s fault but his.
And he's been harassing me for a year to drop my compaint and remove my bad reviews.
