We have been using these bags for many years. They are very large and having two large dogs you can imagine the waste we have!! Strong with tie handles. Wouldn't use any other make now

Order was not dispatched after a week, I checked with support and they refused to refund delivery so the whole order was cancelled.

Outstanding level of customer service
I tried to purchase some of the Beco recycled material dog toys (the lovely turtle one) from another big supplier who took the order and then said they could not fulfil it a few days later. These were time sensitive as were to be as first birthday gifts to the dogs I look after here at day care in our home - I have three 1st birthdays this month. I emailed to check they had them in stock and got a prompt reply. As they knew the delivery was time sensitive, I was emailed to say when the order was being processed and as it was despatched. A service I cannot fault. And they even put in a personal note and added a couple of extra bags of treats for the dogs I look after

A great online shop for eco-friendly pet supplies
Green Coco is a pet and homeware online shop with environment in mind.
We ordered a number of things in preparation of a new puppy's arrival. The order arrived in time and in lovely packaging.
We purchased a number of things: treats, recycled puppy toy, recycled poo bags, food bowl, etc. The pricing for the items was very compatible with big retailers such as Amazon, there was no extra cost for the delivery, and all items are of excellent quality. (We will need to wait the puppy to evaluate the treats :) )
Overall - a very happy customer and will certainly be back for more.
