From start to finish, Daniel was excellent in terms of customer service and then through to the stove installation itself - all in time for Xmas! Hubs and I are over the moon with it - big thank you from both of us.
I had my stove installed in Nov 2022. I had lots of anxiety around holes being cut through my house, damage, is it going to look good, is the chimney too long, cost. I spent a lot of time asking questions. John (Greenbraes coordinator) was fantastic, very reassuring, was always happy to have the conversation, happy to supply liability documentation and was quick to respond. He was a real pleasure to work with.
The job. I chose to not be in the house, but available locally. I would back up previous comments, the attention to keeping the house clean was brilliant. Protecting film placed down on surfaces and area left clean and hoovered. I didn't have to clean anything after the installation. The two-man install team were very nice to speak to. They went over everything top to bottom (even though they had further work that evening and a long drive home. I really appreciated that and think that say a lot about their character and working style) and carried out a function of the burner to check the draw and everything works. The log burner is a really nice design, screams quality. The fittings through the floors and roof are neat and smart.
Overall, over the moon. I would highly recommend. Would be happy to give a reference (already have to 3 neighbours) and I would recommend to family.

Everything was done quickly, efficiently and with no fuss - from initial enquiry to completed installation. The installation itself was quick and painless. Everything was covered and left spotless. Good instruction on how to use the stove too.Highly recommended.
