well priced clubs & good online site.

Good service and good product

I shopped around for what I wanted and these were the cheapest. Helpful advice when I rang and the goods came quickly too.

I recently placed an order for two items of clothing. The debit was passed to my credit card on placing the order. After about a week I had heard nothing but my card had now been credited for one of the items. I therefore telephoned Greatvaluegolf to find out what was going on. I only managed to divert to voicemail and left a message requesting a call back which did not happen. Eventually after 5 or 6 attempts I did get through, now over a week after placing the order during which time I had no contact or advice and was told they couldn't get the first item hence the refund but the second item would be in stock shortly. I cancelled the order and requested a full refund which I did receive but no apology. I have since obtained the items form another supplier who did NOT charge my card account until I had received an e-mail confirmation of dispatch. I will NOT be using Greatevaluegolf again

It was only a pair of sunglasses and I would have expected delivery within a week if I had gone elsewhere . But a month ? Come on ,thats poor. After an exchange of e-mails it seems the said item was out of stock and that they would 'chase the suppliers up for me '

Surgestion , mark items as out of stock on the webpage . At least customers would then have a choice to go elsewhere or expect a long wait

Simple purchase but quick service, no problems. Called with a question re product - cheerful helpful answer.

I initially rang up to ask when the RBZ hybrids would be available. I was promised a return call which I received a couple of hours later to say that they were now available on the website. I placed my order and received the club 3 days later! What fantastic service.

I bought some spare sets of Masters winter gloves , but when my current gloves disintegrated found Masters had changed the design without telling anyone and were useless for my purpose .
Greatvaluegolf found me a pair of the old design from somewhere , and sent a cridit for the rest . The young lady in sales was very good .

I found the website easy to navigate and order from. I received my items quickly. Cant ask for any more!
