The product is getting below average
The product is getting below average, constantly scratched boards all the time have to check every single board and when you get 40 boards you can’t until your installing absolutely horrible, fencing post 1 out of 3 are dented or scratched as well, railings don’t always have the hardware to install , it seems like always something wrong and customers are talking about it there. It has to start from the top they need to pay attention more to the product they are supplying because the employees are always trying to do what they can to help. Very disappointed.

I appreciate the availability of the materials, and styles that we want, however, I wish the company was a little more organized. We've had to make three, four-hour round trips, to obtain the materials that we could have picked up in one trip.
