Brilliant company..! I ordered a fire trim and brass grating to brighten up my really dull old ones. Great service. Great products. Jo in customer service was really efficient and charming.

Product fine but useless admin/delivery sent wrong items on multiple occasions. It took 4 weeks to finally get clip/cap needed. Delayed my stove project by a month. Hopeless admin and warehouse staff repeatedly sent wrong size or even wrong item! Unwanted item sent to billing address at other end of country. Serious warehouse/delivery problems. Poor admin response. Products fine and may be okay to use for collection. Otherwise, avoid at all costs.

I ordered a brass fret which was being sold at an excellent price compared to competitors the whole process was excellent and the tracking of the delivery flawless.
Unfortunately upon arrival there was slight but noticeable damage to one side of the item (scratches) although it was extremely well packed by Grate fireplaces who had placed the original sealed manufacturer's box within another so clearly it was the manufacturer at fault.
I emailed pictures of the damage and my issue was dealt with promptly and professionally by Jo who organised an immediate replacement to be sent .
I can throughly recommend this company its so refreshing to find people who care and treat customers right in this day and age Bravo 👏

Fire delivered on time and easily installed. Problem with lighting, nothing to do with the fire was quickly resolved, excellent service.

I ordered free standing gas grate which was promptly delivered
the very next day, every step of the way I was kept informed.
I realised that I had ordered the incorrect size .
I spoke with a lovely lady named Jo who was extremely helpful who suggested I sent my old grate to see if they could copy it .
Fantastic courteous service and staff .would not hesitate to recommend Gratefireplaces .

I was so pleased with the service and quality of tiles that i went ahead and purchased an electric fire on log stand. Once again i am not disappointed, it looks stunning in our conservatory

I emailed my detailed requirements to their so called custom service as I couldn’t find a standard product that fitted our fireplace. After over 4 weeks and two chases for an answer they informed me they didn’t have anything that fitted the dimensions I had sent them and perhaps I would like to fill in a form and try their custom service. Absolute waste of time and useless customer service

The glass arrived fairly rapidly and was fit for purpose. I would recommend these guys to a friend.

This product is very poor and parts rusted very quickly. The manufacturers say I have had the product 2 years. In actual it was one & a half of which most of the time was in spring summer & autumn. I don't disagree with the length of time I've used the bunker but it is an outdoor piece of equipment it should with stand the weather.

We needed a new hearth to install over the top of an existing smaller concrete hearth. Ordered a white stone made to measure hearth and we're really pleased with it. It fitted perfectly and made our living room look complete.
