I would highly recommend Grass Warehouse.

I have been looking at purchasing AstroTurf for the last six years and finally took the next step and purchased it.

Before purchasing it I had several questions that I used their online web chat for and Chris was answering. Chris asked if he could phone me to discuss as it would be easier.

On the phone Chris was extremely helpful and I could tell he was very knowledgeable about the product.

I decided that to go with the Zeus Pro 37mm astroturf as I have a dog and this is classed as pet friendly due to the different backing and more drainage holes, also the pile height was perfect for what we were looking for.

The online ordering process was simple and easy plus when I was on the phone with Chris he confirmed what I had in my basket was right for my requirements.

After placing the order for the astroturf I was kept up to date regarding delivery via email. The astroturf arrived promptly. There was 2 delivery people that got the astroturf off the van and were I needed it for the project to start.

It took a couple of weeks to dig my garden out by hand, level it off and get the sub base in and ready for the astroturf to go down.

When I rolled the astroturf out for the first time I could tell it was really good quality. I used an electric astroturf brush to fluff the pile and once this was done it looked fantastic.

Overall I am extremely pleased with the service Chris provided and also with the quality of the 90m2 of Zeus Pro 37mm astroturf.

Only time will tell how durable it is but I’m expecting it to last for many years to come.

My garden still has a bit of work that needs done as I still have to lay a new patio, but the astroturf has made a massive difference.

To anyone that is thinking about buying astroturf I would do it sooner rather than later as already after a few weeks down it is the best thing I have done in my garden.

Ordered samples they came within a couple of days and the range in the sample box was fantastic just need to see which one I fancy...

Grass delivered within a week and is of great quality (Zeus Pro 42mm) plus the 10mm underlay is good too. The aim is to make a small football area for my daughter on an old patio and I was given some advice via live chat.
All in all, no complaints whatsoever and would recommend.

We decided to install artificial grass and after reading many reviews we decided to proceed with The Grass Warehouse. We dealt with a very nice man called Peter. We received a sample pack and picked on Galileo. We gave the measurements and Peter calculated the amount we needed. We were kept up to date on the stages of the delivery. The grass fitted perfectly and we are very pleased with the outcome

Chris’s customer care sold this grass for us - after looking through loads online we rang grass warehouse and spoke to Chris who was so knowledgeable and answered every question we had to the point where we ordered there and then with his recommendation on what grass best suits our needs. The delivery was fantastic and so quick after ordering. Now, the grass itself….outstanding quality - like walking on clouds! Perfect for our football mad son.
