Product is excelent and delivery was on time

Found what we were looking for in the colour and size, very efficient and quick delivery, no problems at all, very pleased with the outcome.

Whilst trying to choose between the many different types of artificial grass and the different products required for installation i found Chris extremely knowledgeable and helpful to make the process easier.

It was exactly what I wanted and the delivery was right on time

Shame it was delivered with holes in, and also seems a lot thinner then the sample that was sent out.

Pinged the team Friday morning asked if I could have a delivery the next day! Came same day outstanding service, personable, and great quality product. Will be reordering for my next project very soon!

Delivery was perfect, packaging, keeping up to date with tracking information. The grass is high quality on the thickest squares, soft and looks durable. I’m sorry I can not review other areas until the Nursery children have interacted with it, in and outside of the classroom.

Really good advice about the product we needed and the sample pack was great. Very easy to order online and efficient delivery service.

Ordered a sample box to get an idea on what grass to get. Two weeks have passed and it still hasn’t arrived, the tracking still states that they are expecting the parcel. I have emailed the company three times regarding my issue and they haven’t bothered responding. Luckily it was just a sample box what cost pennies. I hope this issue doesn’t happen with proper orders. Very disappointed with the service and communication

Great Quality artificial grass and fantastic Service
After doing lots of research and sending off for many different samples we settled with the Grass Warehouse due to them being fairly priced, good quality and the communication from Chris was so good. Buying for our animal charity I especially need to make sure every penny is spent well, it is a mine field knowing which one to pick. Chris was very helpful and answered all of our questions. There is the option to buy accessories as well but no pushy sales, it is all there on the website, it works it all out for you so you know how much to buy, even down to the pins!
Delivery was only a few days so great all round service.

Unfortunately the attitude and service from your delivery partner for our order was appalling. Hence the 3 star rating.

Great experience from start to finish. Kevin was superb at assisting with exactly what I needed for my project. Delivery service was great, they used a 3rd party company but they were punctual and really accommodating with where I wanted my grass roles putting. The grass and products themselves were of a high quality. At first I wasn’t overly impressed with the grass and thought the roles they sent were different than the sample but after using my brush machine, I was happy.
