Limitations to my Business Banking in many ways
Although your customer support team is great, your delayed deposit and delayed payments via ACH are very disturbing. I am accustomed to a deposit being available next day and a payment via ACH going through 1 - 2 days max.
I also have requested to have higher deposit amounts and higher payment amounts and it seems that isn't possible.. I guess this means you do not want my company to do business there? Your company has no idea what my company does nor how much money I may need to deposit or send on any day, so how can you put restrictions on my company in the first place?

I just recently had my account closed with you guys. You guys do not respect my business or business at all I didn’t even get my $100 back. Then I asked you twice to remove my name and email off your Email Marketing list. I do not want to receive Emails from you anymore! I have delt with Larry who hung the phone up on me. Our records show that you did not complete the funding requirement upon account opening, thus leading to your account closure, after which any remaining funds were sent back to the external account that was linked and associated with your account on November 3, 2025. Very slow disorganized
Very disorganized. I was mislead by Forbes article that it was the best option in terms of how fast I can open an account. I filled out the application and after waiting for a week and calling them, they finally responded with the request for my id!! It’s something they should have processed right away. I submitted the ID and now have been waiting ever since. What a waste of time.

I just open an account and have so much trouble, so I already want to close it. Why is it taking so much time to change an address which was gathered incorrectly in a first place? I provided you all correct address, but my card was mailed to incorrect address combined with 2 addresses. Incorrect city name and incorrect zip.
How do you think I should use you bank for future business if you can not handle basic information such as mailing address and made 2 mistake? You mailed my card to city in New Jersey with Pensilvania zip code.
3 weeks passed and support still can not change address. I provided all information next day.

Upon further review, we can confirm that both your physical and mailing address was not captured correctly during onboarding, resulting in your debit card being sent to the wrong address. While it is unclear the cause of the mismatched city and zipcode, the debit card has since been canceled, and a replacement card was sent as soon as the requested documentation was received and the address change was approved. Whenever an address change occurs, we have policies and procedures in place to verify the request with a proof of address. However, we recognize that the time it took to resolve this took far longer than expected, and we truly appreciate your patience while we completed due diligence to ensure the address was verified and corrected.
Your feedback is important to us, and it has been shared with our leadership team to help us address any gaps and strengthen our internal processes so that similar complications do not happen again. Five day hold on an ACH transfer with no logical reason given. Interaction with chat bots rather than human beings. No attempts to solve customer service complaints. No thanks.

This bank is a scam
This bank is a scam . They only operate online which is fine. I understood that from the beginning. i’m mobile deposited a few checks from customers one of the checks. The customer put a stop payment on because they no longer needed the service. The bank decided to close my account and keep my money so now I’m not only out the money I had to pay to do the service for the existing customers, but I’m out the money that they kept for no reason.

Easy international check deposit
This company answered all of my questions prior to opening my account. Once open I needed to deposit a check from a Canadian bank and all other banks couldn't help me with this. It was easy with Grasshopper!
