Nice and smoothest experience with Tom
I was recommended this company by my broker from Coldwell Banker when I was in difficult and time sensitive situation for closing in 20 days when my previous lender was taking too long and I was on situation of loosing my offer. From one call, I could easily work with Tom who helped me really well and provided me competitive market rate. The online system is really nice to start mortgage application. He was quick in response whenever I ask any questions. Other loan coordinators in the steps were really helpful. Because of Tom and his team, I could not only stay in my offer but also able to finish closing in less than 2 weeks. It was seamless process of mortgage with Guaranteed Rate Affinity. Will recommend everyone to this company and Tom.
