and very quick turnaround. However, I can only assume that there are thousands of people working there in a great big premises and because of this they cannot communicate with each other. I made a couple of schoolgirl mistakes with my upload and to get it sorted out took five working days because of people not getting messages/not returning calls/ etc. In the end I spoke to Steven, who I have dealt with several times in the past who advised me what to do in one phone call lasting less than 2 minutes.. Therefore, get it right first time or pay them to check it for you.

Can't fault the service and the product - excellent printing and responseat a good price. What more could one ask for?

I have recently undertaken our school's PTA newsletter, and was recommended to use these guys. There was inital confusion by the fact that I phoned my order in, rather than using the website. The difference being of course, that going through the website saves a substantial amount of money. For a charity this is of the utmost importance. We got there in the end, and this was because the staff were professional, curteous and helpful and always phoned/emailed when they said they would. Print quality excellent. Very Happy Indeed. Graphics and Print are a fantastic company, with a bunch of really great, friendly and approachable people working for them. Right from our very first introduction, via a conference call, I have found the team extremely pleasant to work with. The designers articulated my thoughts perfectly to come up with eye catching publicity material for our event. They continued this right through all the printed materials we needed, spectator tickets, raffle tickets and the tournament programme. All the amendments to the programme, which I must add were our own spelling mistakes and grammatical errors, we're corrected promptly and production was completed in good time,

I can thank them enough for all the work they've done for us. It has given our event a real professional feel to it.

We have worked with Graphics & Print for a number of years on various different projects. Nicole, Dennis, Mike and Dean have always been great to work with and have always been able to offer knowledgeable, practical advice on sometimes quite difficult print jobs. Keep up the good work.

I'm a graphic designer who places a lot of print and have high expectations of the service that should be delivered. I was recommended to use Graphics and Print after I had received very inconsistent service (and quality) from a string of other printers.

In the past, placing print would be a nerve wracking experience.... would the quality be good, could they deliver on time and would the price be right. More often than not my previous printers would fall down on at least one of those three.

Since moving to Graphics and Print's service, all my previous worries have gone away. They are what I would call a proper printer and have people throughout who know what they are doing and want everything to be right for you each and every time you place print with them.

It's not only the quality and service. They have some great prices and the online ordering and payment system is a breeze. And, if you do need to speak to someone, there's always someone on hand who can assist and advise.

The service I received was exactly that which I was promised. This company offered very competitive rates and they delivered on their promise.
The process of submitting copy was clearly explained and easy for a comparative novice to follow.

I wanted 5k simple double-sided flyers printing for a club my kids go to. The website was easy to use - with good instructions and advice - and had their full contact details on. Very good web-site with clear information and a good process for ordering. Due to my own incompetence I had some changes after the order was submitted. The person I spoke to took everything in his stride and coped inspite of me! The order was a day late in dispatching and I did chase up the company . Again, the service to rectify was very good and competent. (and I had built a day into the process so there was no harm done). Will definately use again.
