Great products but missing an item. Also when using website when completing order it did not confirm order had been received so did it again which resulted in 2 orders so had to cancel one by phone. Would be a good idea that a completed order us shown as completed.

Exellent service…
The order was complete although one bag of prunes had opened in transit anmd some of the dried prunes were amongst the order. Grape tree replaced this pack within two days.

Grape Tree have high standards for their products
Unfortunately I had to wait longer for my delivery and it was sent to my old address by mistake. When I did receive it the box was damaged.
The good news was that all items were there and all up to Grapetree's normal high standards. Will be ordering again soon as I love their products.

Good Company, Used Many Times
Great range of products at extremely competitive prices. They were unable to fulfill my order exactly as an item I ordered was unavailable, it was for a 500 gram packet; they upgraded it to the 1kg size instead 🤜. Grape Tree go the extra mile in a very competitive market.
