Well laid out & easy to use & brilliant prices and fast delivery

Good products and reasonable prices, and delivered within usually 4 days.

Although the outer box was marked 'fragile', it was quite battered, but the contents inside were undamaged and up to the usual high Grape Tree standard. Will order again in future as the online form was easy to negotiate.

Great company and my mum always gets this wheatgerm on a regular basis. It’s very hard to come by and only sold elsewhere as fish food.

Everything arrived on time. The products are of a high standard and reasonably priced.

Products are as advertosed online and are pretty competively priced when buying larger packet sizes, especially when applying offers. Items always seem to be of a good quality.

Only minor would be a lack of variety in the boxes used to despatch. On the last few occassions we have had a sizeable large cube box which is half full, so something to look at maybe?

I am very satisfied with my purchase I ordered on line for the first time as normally I get from the shop .the order was easy to do on the website,come on time and my daughter made her cakes and I had some to eat,the was in good condition .

One of my items wasn’t available and was just refunded but I lost discount . I emailed but didn’t receive a response . I would have preferred a substitution or a call

Good company to order from. Sometimes a little inconsistent in stock. For example pecans are often in and out of stock with no lead times available.
