Handling of Wonga administration
From the start the Wonga customer services have been very rude and unhelpful on the repayment saga. Many people still have not been paid there pitiful claims even though the four week deadline has come and gone. On contacting customer services the phone line is really poor quality and the staff are rude and clueless. Please can someone tell us where our money is and why it is late being repayed instead of fobbing us off from a script.
no Better than Wonga
The way they treat customers they owe money to is utter disgusting!
Wonga ripped everyone off and then did this company! Payments should have been paid end of jan then end of feb we’re still waiting yet they still paid them self 2 million pound!
Just a shame i can't give zero stars
Just a shame i can't give zero stars. Appalling customer service and have no interest in the people they are supposed to be working in behalf of
Liars and jokers.
Liars and jokers.
Lying to the most financially vulnerable.
Absolute shambles of a Company
Absolute shambles of a Company. No communication from them have delayed dividend payment to me and I am owed nearly £600 with no sign of it arriving. AVOID!!
Ridiculous company
Ridiculous company! Supposed to be professional! No communication between them and the customers they are distributing the money to. They are supposed to be handling another big administration (Quickquid) I cannot wait for the farse they will cause during that administration! Deadlines missed, no communication about the missed deadlines, given misleading information and when you speak to one person from there another one contradicts them straight after!
Sort yourselves out and act like professionals! I could understand waiting a bit longer because of how many customers you have to redress but just let us know and give us a realistic timeline! Pathetic.
Shambles never use this company.
Awful treatment during wongas collapse…
Awful treatment during wongas collapse and issuing pay outs. This sarga started in September, then we were told January for pay outs now end of February, one day left and so many mixed messages, fabrications and no facts at all! I really don't think we will be paid by tomorrow at all. So stressed and disappointed.
Atrocious handling of Wonga payouts
Would give zero stars if allowed
Would give zero stars if allowed. This firm of administrators need to take lessons in admin! My experience has been awful, with very poor communication and lack of respect for the people so badly affected by the collapse of Wonger. You must do better GT.
Wonga Compensation
Awful communications, missed deadlines, bad customer service, long phone wait times. Need I go on, how they've dealt with the Wonga Adminstration has been nothing short of appalling.
Im disgusted at the way Grant Thornton…
Im disgusted at the way Grant Thornton have treated Wonga customers, We have been lied to repeatedly regarding payment dates and Micheal from Leeds branch was downright rude and aggressive when I had the nerve to ask "When will I be paid as the date you said I and Thousands would be paid was Yesterday 27,2,19.
You must understand that the pure lies your staff are spouting such as "Only Wonga staff can give you that info" when we all know payments are being made by you as administrators.
Shame on you, you are just as bad as Wonga if not worse.
Pay the UKs vunerable people the money which you promised via email. It is OVERDUE !!
Complete joke of a company
Complete joke of a company, As long as they got their money first the real victims of wonga and other payday loan companies are made to wait.
