Useless stupid idiots

Useless bunch of idiots. They templated me on the 1st of December saying it would be about 10 days. Offered me the 18th of December to come and fit them, I accepted. Then didn't hear from them again. I phoned, emailed, called, left voicemails and no one answered. Then I got an email saying they are fully booked and could they come following week after Christmas. They won't give me a date or answer the phone. They only spent a short time templating which was the first red flag. These people don't know their ase from their elbow. They're also too scared to answer the phone. Bunch of idiots- avoid. They've left me without worktops and a sink in my kitchen since November and no working kitchen over Christmas.

rips people off avoid at all cost

rips people off avoid at all cost, took a £980 deposit and did not install my job, does not answer his phone (tried non exaggerating 80 times a day), lies constantly claimed he couldn't turn up as his template guy was in a car crash coming to my house yet at this point he did not have my address as I hadn't yet gave him it, said the worktops was not in stock and would get back to me whenever he could get a delivery date (this is when they were suppose to be fitted not just delivered he told me this, 5 days after paying a deposit and trying my hardest to get hold of him via phone and email), yet I called Blyth marble the supplier for the UK in Lanark and the confirmed they had plenty stock all ready to go.
