I’ve had hundreds of insurance policies, which means lots of lenders etc. I am neurodivergent and make a mess of things all the time. And this company has hand on heart been the best one in my 16 years of driving! Their level of understanding and patience in their customer service is not to be matched!

I hade an amazing experience with Christine from Acorn, I was facing an issue with my payments due to personal issue last that made me very anxious and started up by anxiety, once I explained the situation Christine dealt with my situation with empathy and genuine care and not robotic as some do, She took Her time to hear me and found a solution for Me that really helped. She was caring, understanding and sympathetic which is rare as some will just say things robotically and not even care for the person but She did and after the call I was reassured that all will be okay and my anxiety going into that call was long gone by the end of it
