No refund after canceled order
I ordered sunglasses in July 2023. After saying for a long time that the item was out of stock and I would have to wait, it was decided from them to cancel the order. Now it's been more than 5 months and I still haven't sent my money back. Lately they don't even respond to emails.

Problems right from the start
Problems right from the start. I booked appointments for my husband and I online. When we got there they were not expecting us and told us that the online booking system didn’t work. They fitted me in and after an eye test I ordered a pair of glasses and paid a deposit. I left the store but returned 10 mins later to ask if I could add photochromic lenses. I was told it was too late to change the order! I was very cross as I didn’t believe that the order couldn’t be changed after only 10 mins. I was called later by another member of staff to say they had changed the order.
The next day my husband went for his appointment. While processing his order he was offered insurance. I pointed out that. I wasn’t offered insurance.
To be honest I could go on and on but after a month I still don’t have one of my pair of glasses and the till receipts don’t tally with the payments I have made.
All in all dreadful.
