This place is spotless.

We stayed here for a city break. This place is CLEAN. Spotless. Great location. Staff are really friendly. Did I say this place is clean... Would strongly recommend.

⭐ 1 Star – Scam and Rip-off – Stay Away from guestreservations.com!

I booked 2 nights at the Grand Hotel Vienna (386 € per night = 772 € total).
After entering my credit card details, 1,202 € was charged immediately – with no price summary or confirmation page shown beforehand.
Shortly after, I received an email listing “fees” of over 430 € – completely outrageous.

When I arrived at the hotel, no reservation could be found, and the Grand Hotel Vienna staff told me that guestreservations.com is a scam.
Only after 45 minutes of discussion and the hotel manager getting involved was my booking suddenly “found”.

This is pure fraud and deception.
The Grand Hotel Vienna should immediately cut ties with such partners – it seriously damages their reputation.
Shame on both – stay away!

#GrandHotelWien Montego Bay one of the…

#GrandHotelWien Montego Bay one of the worst experiences of all my travels. First of all, I received an email about the room costing $187. Instead, they charged $250 per person for four nights. $1,000 + $100 deposit that still hasn't been refunded. The room is very damp, the sheets are wet, and there were ants in the room. The air conditioning may have been broken, and I even got sick. Breakfast was very little and cold! The coffee was terrible, the restaurant room. The food never arrived from the day of departure. They were thrown out like criminals! Now I'm reporting them through my lawyer. They stole my glasses. #GrandHotelWien

Wonderful experience at the Grand Hotel Wien

After lodging with my wife for 5 days at the Grand Hotel Wien for a Business visit, I am pleased to refer the excellent experience we had with a team clearly committed to that extra mile that makes a difference. Special mention deserve the team assisting the breakfast service, without any doubt the very best breakfast offer in town...! Furthermore the teams at the front desk and specially the Concierge...! Thank you again, Grand Hotel Wien...! We look forward to enjoy another stay hopefully soon...!

bad experience but resolved

the customer service is so poor that they don't value the clients, we made a booking, our flight got cancelled due to the virus spread and when we contacted the hotel, first they refused and asked for proof, and we sent it, they finally accepted that we change the dates and not a refund, it was okay but then sent a deadline email, that we have 24h for send the new date, in this hard times even the most complex companies make exceptions, and issue refunds or give you sometime to be sure about what you will do, how do we know the new date if people are getting sick day after day, anyway avoid and always use booking website, sometime only one person make a whole brand useless, from now i will never stay in a grand hotel or a JJw branded hotel.

The hotel resolved the issue and all the thank to stephanie, thank you
