Great service from start to finish in helping me with an airport run from Heathrow to South Kensington. Lovely driver very helpful and helped carry such heavy luggage!

Nightmare experience. Booked the coach for Creamfield, August 2018. Company cancelled the day before trip, due to coach breaking down. Refund was supposed to take 28 days as per terms and conditions, but took over two months and lots of emails, phone calls and false promises to get my money back.
Do not trust these people, they take your money and do not deliver the goods. I think they keep your money as cash flow for the business, and refund you when someone else books.
Would never use this company again!!!! Complete rogue operation.

I took a group of young people on a trip to alton towers I booked a 33 seater costings £620 initially and people dropped out so 24 days before I asked if he would be able to down grade the size to a 16 seater. he got back to me 3 days before and said due to last min change he can refund me only a little bit then this morning he advised me that they have sorted a refund of £50.

I told them the coach was dirty cold the driver drove all the way to alton towers and didn't stop. I asked him to stop so we could get a warm drink and toilet break he ignored me. He couldn't speak English I later found out when I asked do you speak English he shook his head. He drove recklessly and as Saturday the 27th was 2 degrees we were all cold.

He drove with his window down for the whole journey with no regards that we were cold. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY worst experience ever.

I only put the 1 star as I had too. This company is a scam! We ordered the executive minibus for a special day and a run down blue mini bus turned up. This cost £100 when if we rang any taxi firm it would have cost £12. Do not use this company they will steal your money

Grand Coaches are not to be trusted. Stay away! We paid upfront for a return journey from Woking to Wimbourne for a company outing in July 2018.
They did not pitch, claiming they were at the address which they clearly were not as there were 20 people waiting. No response from their office either.
To date they refuse to refund us.

FAKE COMPANY THIS IS A SCAM, do not pay they will cancel and will not refund or increase the price before the event and not turn up

Please avoid this mini bus firm at all costs. I paid in full for our trip and less than 24 hours b4 they phoned to say mini bus was broke did we want to pay a lot more for another?? Disgraceful not 1 apology still waiting for full refund they say 28 days AVOID!!!!!

I was let down by a local Minibus service in London. Found these guys in an instant with a quick search and on very short notice they were able to send round a minibus and luckily i was on time for the family holiday flight from Heathrow. I was so impressed that i booked the return trip with the driver and... you guessed it there they were again on time!

We had a late requirement for a coach from Northampton to Twickenham for the rugby. Henry and Josh did all they could and accommodated certain medical requirements too despite the late shout. They were also very competitive compared to the local companies who were cashing in on the day.

Outstanding service, a friendly and helpful driver and a well appointed and comfortable coach...in fact faultless.

Probably one of the most reliable coach operators I have ever dealt with. No nonsense transport for large groups and does the job. Never booked a minibus with them but booked a few large coaches for our sports tournaments.

Hired 39 seater coach to transport us to ascot .....thank you guys the bus was awesome the price was even better great service . The driver was supurb too .would highly recommend these group of guys and will be booking again next summer
