As a returning buyer, glad to see new style and color to provide refreshment for the season. Bought Supima Raglan Polo and Long Sleeve Polo and satisfied as always with the fine fabrcs from Grana. Excellent casual wear for all-day comfort.

Grana's Supima collection has always been my go-to. Bought Supima seamless tee and muscle tank this time with consistent high-quality I've come to expect. The delivery time was longer than usual since I did not choose express shipping this time. Will continue to support as this series has become my wardrobe stables.

I ordered the Silk Relaxed Pants and Silk Scoop Neck Tank and was delighted with the high quality of the fabric. It’s incredibly soft and feels awesome on the skin. Reasonable delivery time given it's shipped from overseas. Would be happy to try its cotton collection next time.

First time buyer of this brand, smooth shopping experience. Tried SILK DRAPED NECK TEE and SILK ANKLE PANT, satisfied with the luxurious fabrics, but got a bit trouble in sizing but resolved with help from CS. A good buy for quality silk with a reasonable price.

Horrible. The produce doesn't fit and there's no process for returning it. After the first step online and plugging in my order number, it's grayed out and message comes up saying "Does not comply with our returns policy." DON'T BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO SACRIFICE WHAT YOU PAID.

So the items are medium to low quality for decent prices. The catch here is that you won’t be able to return any items. Why? Because you can’t return anything that is on sale and guess what? They figure out how to not accept returns. They put absolutely everything, and I mean everything on sale. In that way you won’t be able to return anything no matter what. Complete scam.

I recently purchased several clothing pieces from Grana.com and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The quality of their clothing is exceptional - each item is well made and feels incredibly durable. I've worn my Grana pieces repeatedly and they still look as good as new. Not only are they long-lasting, but they're also incredibly easy to care for - I've washed them multiple times and they still retain their shape and color.

Their clothing line never ceases to impress me with its exceptional quality and timeless designs. I recently had a shopping experience with Grana, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Their user-friendly website, seamless checkout process, and prompt delivery made it an absolute pleasure to shop from your collection. Keep up the outstanding work!

I bought again for the first time since covid, and I was pleased to see that the Supima polo shirts were as high quality as always. I had bought them previously and I was worried they'd changed the supplier, but it was still soft and well fitted. I also had few questions about said fitting, as well as delivery, and the customer service was quick to answer. All in all, a pretty good experience.

One tends to buy Christmas presents early if one's goal is to get a jump on the holidays. I usually shop at the end of October. Well, I found out too late that this company has a policy of NO RETURNS AFTER 31 DAYS. Please note: This company ships and receives out of HONG KONG which further complicates the situation! I wish I had known this earlier, but oh well...anyway, you can see there is an issue of logistics. After complaining to the company's customer service, I was informed that I would be given a one-time exception and they would allow me to return my items at my expense (what does it cost to ship to Hong Kong, anyway?) All the items I bought were too small for the recipients. My bill was $154 so it was not an insubstantial amount. Most curiously, on my receipt, there was a printed statement to the effect that they had included a return-free label in my package. They had not actually done so, and instead gave me many explanations why a free return label was not included. But inevitably they always went back to their policy of 31-day returns. I personally happen to know of other companies that ship/receive out of the US and offer excellent products plus awesome customer service and they are also flexible with returns during the holidays. So, I've made up my mind. Can you guess what it is? By the way, I donated the items and bought replacements from another company that has never given me any grief.

Terrible quality fabric. I spent ~$200 on two nice pairs of work pants, both of which fit fine upon arrival and looked great, BUT only a couple months after buying and only a few times being worn, the fabric on one was growing thinner and visibly worn and the seams were starting to fall apart. I got rid of them. The other pair has been sitting in my closet awhile and I just reached in to try them on again and realized there is literally mold growing on them. They have not been exposed to moisture and none of my other clothes/nothing else in my closet has any mold on them. So so overpriced for such worthless quality.

Really difficult to return things
I ordered a T shirt which turned out to be too big when I tried it on, even though I followed their sizing guide. I asked for an exchange but they don't do them. Instead they'll give me store credit and I'll need to re-purchase the tee. Thankfully they're waiving the £12 refund fee (!)
I don't think I'll buy from them again as they don't provide the convenience so many others do.

I've made a few orders with them before and I find their cashmere products better quality than anything else from their range.
The silk products could be stitched better - there's puckering at the seams in some parts. I purchased a lyocell shirt which was on sale once, and the craftsmanship was atrocious, the seams and hems were puckered and gathered where it should be smooth and flat, the shoulder seams (it was a drop shoulder shirt) did not lie flat, but instead raised, so it gave the impression that you had broader shoulders than you did.

Additionally, they cherry pick their reviews for their products. I submitted an unfavourable review for an item once, and noticed it wasn't posted. If you notice, many of their items have five to four star reviews.

I also don't care for their shirt hems, how it's just a straight hem at the bottom instead of the traditional curved hem - which is so much more flattering. With my recent order, which I made the mistake of doing because they had a sale going, my order is still being processed! It's been week. What kind of business are they running?!

I umm'ed and ahh'ed about buying this coat but I'm so glad I did. It's so soft and comfy to wear. I definitely think it's the softest winter coat I've ever owned, and keeps me warm well. It's also pretty light to wear, and with a gorgeous lining. And it's made in Peru! Such a change from other retailers where you're not sure of the provenance of the item.

I have recent purchased the Modal silk collarless long sleeve shirt & I just cant over how soft and smooth their silk items are.Shipping did take a while but that is to be expected as it was a Standard shipping delivery. Let's be honest when does shipping via the local postal services do arrive in lightening speed. However I just might choose express shipping next time.
Love love the quality of their silk items. They are well executed and it feels luxurious given the affordable pricing. Silk is not cheap in general.

Quality of fabric and cut has declined substantially in the past year. Recently purchased linen t-shirts have holes in them in after 2 washes (they are washed in a delicates bag on a gentle cycle).

Another example is a silk top where the cut is such that the straps continually fall off my shoulders - as in, the straps fall off as soon as I move (I'm a pretty normally shaped person).

Policy of not allowing credits to be used on discounted products are a pain because so much of their stock is discounted.

I am disappointed because I do really like their cashmere and silk products. The cashmere jumpers are great. The silk shirts purchased about 3 years ago are still going strong.

I had one perfectly find experience with grana. I ordered their silk ankle pants, and the correct product arrived within the shipping window given. I found the pants to be moderately well made (fully lined with strong stitching, but an annoyingly twisting waistband).

Because of this good experience I made the mistake of ordering from them again. I ordered their trench coat with a promo code and made sure that it still stated that it was eligible for returns (most of their items are not). It has now been 20 days since I ordered it (13 business days) and it still has not arrived. Customer service was unhelpful in figuring out why.

While I have been waiting the item was discounted so I reached out to customer service to see if I could get a price adjustment. They responded saying that not only will they not give me a price adjustment but they will not let me return the coat (which clearly stated it was return eligible). After much back and forth they finally agreed that yes the item was eligible for returns when I purchased it but based on other people's experiences I hope I do not have to go through this process.

Do not waste your time or your money, their quality has gone down (they do not line their silk pants anymore), shipping is abysmal and customer service is a nightmare. Plus there is a good chance you won't be able to return what you bought. Just go to everlane.

Products are poorly made, falsely advertised, and customer service is atrocious.

I knew that there was a restocking fee for returns - if I decided I didn't like an item. It never occurred to me that an item might actually be different when received, or that the company would not only charge a restocking fee for said falsely advertised item, but that they would also INCREASE the restocking fee without any warning.

I purchased a silk skirt. The skirt in the images was opaque and lovely. The skirt I received was sheer. There's no way to wear it without a slip. Upon contacting the company about this discrepancy in the fabric's appearance from the images on the website, I was told that I could return the item for store credit or a refund, minus a restocking fee. The restocking fee I was quoted for this item was $10. The restocking fee on the website says that returns from the U.S. incur an $8 fee.

To recap, I received a skirt that looks nothing like the skirt pictured. When I contacted customer service, I was quoted a higher restocking fee than the one listed on the website.

I do not trust this site and will not be purchasing from them again. (Sadly, because the items look lovely online.) I suggest others avoid them as well.

Horrible customer service! I have emailed 3 times regarding an order that I placed that has not arrived after 10 days since shipment. Absolutely no response from their customer service. They have already charged my credit card so if the order does not arrive this week, I will have to file a credit card dispute. No defense for this kind of customer service. Save your money and order from a company that values their customers enough to respond.
