I had a silver watch cleaned and modified here and they did such a good job I went back to them to have the decorative opals on it replaced with other stones. Caius took charge of my order. I went in the day before I was due to pick it up to see if by chance it was ready and was told by a woman who worked there that the stones had been replaced but it was being put back together.I queried why it had been taken apart and asked to see it. The back had indeed been taken off it and also two of the five new stones did not match the others in colour(or even possibly material?). I asked for them to be redone and agreed to give them a few more days. I then got a phone call from Caius the next day to say that he couldn't get the watch done for another week because he had to order more stones. I pointed out that he had told me that he had ordered in ten originally. (And that I was moving abroad in 2 days) He sounded very put out but eventually backtracked and said it would be ready the next day after all. I was happy with the stones in the end but later noticed that the clock face was askew. Which it was not when I left it with him. Very disappointed.
