Treat people like cattle

Called me up out of the blue, sold me a job, spent a lot of time preparing and attending two interviews, the latter of which I was required to do a 40 minute prepared presentation. Then nothing. Didn't call me back, didn't email me. Eventually I emailed the client company. Only then did I get a short SMS from Lucy Smith saying I hadn't got the job. My requests for feedback were ignored by her. Worse that the worst estate agents. Terrible experience.
