Delays in delivery by Courier company (GoB were amazing in dealing with this issue)
The bag I brought took a lot longer than expected and was no fault of Grahams Of Bath. Given the time difference with NZ and UK, GoB dealt with this situation perfectly and made sure I was kept in the loop with locating the sent package until received.
On top of that, GoB offered a discount as compensation for the troubles which was much appreciated.
Great people to deal with and was helpful in resolving the delay in delivery.
