Never received part of my order due to the packaging/ postage issues. They take no responsibility, leaving me to wait for the courier to make contact, which is never going to happened. So I'm £40 down.

I made an order and within 2 weeks it arrived in perfect condition and professionally packaged. The only proble I had was that one of my markers that came with a sticker pack was dried up, so I emailed them and within 24 hours they had refunded me 20% of the product. Excellent customer service 👏. Realy helpful and reliable, will be using again.

Cheapest place for custom vinyl stickers of this size and quality - got a reply to my first email after 30 mins - delivered less than 48 hours later. Outstanding service.

There was a problem with my parcel that was my fault that had to be sent back but the customer service payed for the shipping expenses out of goodwill customer service is also very polite and useful and respond as soon as they can

Excellent service. One of my cans arrived with a snapped cap. When I contacted them I was advised how to remove the broken parts of the cap without damaging the can and also offered to send out new caps the same day.

Can't fault them at all.

True integrity isn’t shown in 5-star praise but in how you handle criticism. Sadly, GraffCity failed that test. If they fear honesty, how can they ever deliver real accountability?

I have ordered and it has has took 3 days to cen farm I have already ordered here befor and I have emailed and called no answer

Not gone well so far. They took 3 days to dispatch 'In Stock' paint. EVRI said it was out for delivery, then said it was delayed, and now shows as on hold.
Been trying to phone Graff City for 2 days and just sit on hold, 40 mins on hold so far today.

First order with this "company" Made order on thursday, paid for next day delivery because I arranged spray booth for my project. DPD tracking say: "There is a delay with your parcel from Graff-city Ltd". Now my order instead of next day arrives on monday. Im mad. I cora probert from contact customer service and got reply about dpd being busy becuse of christmas and such. Looks like they rather to spun you around that makes things right.

They make it impossible to return. Second attempt at returning poor quality paint and the parcel has now gone missing. Onus is on the customer for returns which they refuse delivery of and it has now disappeared. Asked customer services to keep an eye on it which they did not and washed their hands of it. Over £100 lost. Now with trading standards and the bank.

Graff city are fire - Super fast delivery and always been my go to for supplies. Respect.
