$1,900 for 10 appointments — months late, most unusable, repeated follow-ups ignore
I purchased 10 solar appointments from Gradcon International, owned by James Persky and Matthew Yeazel, on November 11 for a total of $1,900 ($190 per appointment). The agreed delivery timeline was 30 days.
That timeline was not met. It took until March to receive all 10 appointments.
In terms of quality, no more than 2 of the 10 appointments came close to meeting the agreed qualification criteria. Clear qualification standards and geographic boundaries were established in advance, but the majority of appointments did not align with those agreed terms. Some were even scheduled outside the defined service area, despite those guidelines being explicitly discussed.
I made multiple attempts to address these issues directly. Most of my follow-ups were ignored. On the rare occasions I did receive a response, they were dismissive and did not lead to any meaningful resolution.
I made good-faith efforts to resolve this privately before posting this review. Based on my experience, the service delivered did not match what was agreed, and I would not recommend working with this company.
