This is an atrocious business
This is an atrocious business. Alison Reid was my property manager, and she is a nasty, manipulative, old woman who regularly breaches tenancy laws while trying to swindle tenants for a quick buck. Avoid at all costs.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Would choose zero stars if I could. Worst experience I've ever experienced with an estate agency.
If ass cancer was a real estate agency it would be this lot
We had a terrible experience renting with Graczyk Thompson. Our family was subjected to systematic bullying and an ongoing invasion of our quiet enjoyment of the property, amongst a quantum of other violations, which landed up with Graczyk Thompson being found guilty by the RTA of THREE breaches of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act. One of which was unlawful entry, specifically holding a secret open house where our home was ransacked, and my wife’s underwear tampered with. We then landed up at QCAT, fighting to get our bond back, with every underhand and unethical trick in the book thrown at us, which included altering the Entry Condition Report and claiming for pre-existing wear and tear of 20-year fixtures, to name just a few. QCAT dismissed all Graczyk Thompson’s evidence, rejected all claims, and further uncovered that they had also claimed for expenses which had not even been incurred. The adjudicator apologised to us and reprimanded the Graczyk Thompson, as confirmed by the transcript of the proceedings. Graczyk Thompson has never apologised, despite the directors being made fully aware of what took place and the extensive stress endured by our family.
Maxine Pemble (now of YPM Group) was the initial rental agent who provided an excellent and professional service, whilst at Graczyk Thompson. She resigned shortly after our ordeal started but has always been of great support and for that we will always be grateful.
