I’ve ordered a dress in February 2020 and I haven’t received it.

Ordered a dress and payed $45 for it back in January 2020 and it’s now almost September 2020 and STILL haven’t received it. I’ve emailed them sooo many times and they’ve responded a good couple of times and even said they would give me a discount. It sounded like I was talking to an actual person so I assumed everything would be okay and it was legit. I was so wrong. After the last email I sent them I noticed their website was “having issues” and completely gone. Do NOT order from there if they get it fixed!! I’m not expecting my dress to come in, let alone like I ordered it. I wish I would’ve seen these reviews back in January and not wasted my money :(

Never sent out my order and after 13 weeks they sent a completely different, ugly dress. Not worth the money, don’t do that!!

I ordered a dress February this year. They told me it would take 3 weeks. Not received it yet, it's now June 2020. Everytime I emailed them, they apologise and say dress is on its way. They even gave me 10% discount on my next order for the delay. The dress never came. After complaining they told me I could get a refund. But never received it. Emailed them multiple times again. Than they never replied.

I ordered a dress before Christmas 2019. Not received it yet, it's now June 2020. Every time I email them, they apologise and say dress is on its way. It's not, I've been waiting 6 months. Wasn't able to get a refund either, after asking numerous times.

Total scam! DO NOT ORDER!!! I ordered what I thought was a prom dress. It never came. I tried emailing customer service, and heard nothing back. I ordered using PayPal so opened a case to complain. I just received a package from China with a stupid keychain in it. PayPal sent me an email that my case was denied because item was sent. I’m out $50! Scam!!! I hate dishonest people!!

If I could I would give them -900 stars. I ordered a dress in february, we are in june and I haven't received it yet!! I once asked if everything was okey with my dress, they answered me and everything looked fine. But few weeks later when I asked again and said that I want my money back, they didn't reply.
I will never trust this place again, I lost my money and my time.

i ordered the dress and it came 5 months later, it does not look like on the picture!!! This is a scam, do not order from graceboo, they will totally rip you off!!! It is not worth it!

I wouldn't even give it a star at all. Never received dress. Never received my money back, either. Can not get a hold of them to complain.

On the 8th of January I bought two dresses from Graceboo in hope of having one of them as my formal dress as I am a senior this year.

I got the confirmation order and everything seemed fine until I never received another email from them regarding shipping and tracking. At this point I had emailed them, direct messaged them on Instagram and had figured out that all comments on their Instagram are cancelled meaning no one can comment anything (positive or negative).

It had been around two months and I decided to open an investigation through PayPal, they instantly responded telling me to close the investigation and that they would immediately send out my order out. I was thrilled but still skeptical, so I decided not to close the case because once it is closed you cannot reopen it or open a new one.

Again, weeks went by and I heard nothing so PayPal contacted them and told me that they had sorted it all out, they gave me a tracking number and everything so I assumed everything was sorted out.

I spent three weeks tracking the order, when it arrived it was a $2.89 Samsung Phone Charger. I was fuming.

I called PayPal and got hung up on and have not heard anything since.

Please, I beg you all, do not trust this company! PayPal will not help you either.

I have now lost almost $200 of my savings that I spent on this company and now there is nothing I can do about it.

My fiancé ordered a dress in January. Now we’re in may and she still hasn’t got the dress. Don’t order from them. They just take your money

Like all the other people who have posted on here. I purchased a dress 4th February 2020 it is now May and i have not received anything.

Contacted them 3 times and no response, only replied when i put in a dispute via Paypal to which they advised that the item is in production and will send once done. I demanded a refund and they said if i close my paypal dispute they will issue a refund, which I refused, cause they said their customer service team would be in contact to sort out and I heard nothing back from them.

Paypal has since closed my dispute not providing a reason as to why they sided with this scam seller! I can see this website also no longer exists!

Don’t order from this site! I ordered 2 dresses back in january and after two weeks contacted them because I heard no updates and for 2 months heard excuses and automated messages on how long the shipping+handling takes and it’s “homemade” so it takes a month to make and when I asked for a refund from the site, they sent two emails a month apart after me complaining to them that I have yet to review a refund so I filed a claim for both dresses through paypal and finally got both of my refunds on the dresses. It’s a scam and of course the site went down 2 weeks after i ordered the dresses. I saw an ad on instagram when it was 3 months before my prom and of course the reviews made the dresses sound amazing, the site probably put them there. I’m happy it’s down but if the site every goes back up Do Not Order. I should’ve checked these reviews before ordering.

They are a rogue company, I have ordered 3 dresses since February and I have not received anything yet, how can I get a refund!

I ordered a dress in february, but i never received it. I send multipale emails en i always got the same response.
Shipping time is proccesing+shipping time blablabla.

Its a big scam and luckily it wasnt that much money but that doenst make it right.

Ordered 3 dresses in the start of February. Website down for about a month, and have had no response in customer service/ emails. I did receive 1 of 3 dresses 10 weeks after purchase. I was surprised to see this finally delivered and it did look just like in the picture, just sizing is way off (much smaller than sizing chart). Now curious if I will ever receive the other 2 dresses and what type of quality. Feeling scammed and robbed.

So dodgy. Goods never arrived. Had to involve PayPal. Graceboo asked me to cancel the complaint which I didn’t and ended up getting a refund through PayPal. Since noticed that the website is shut down too.

I too ordered a prom dress for my daughter in Feb. Never received it. Opened a claim with paypal. The company never replied to PayPal but I kept getting emails from the made up company to close the case.
I did get a refund but it was from PayPal not the company.
Wish I'd read these reviews first. I'm sure legal action will be taken. Scam to take peoples money its fraud.

Ordered a prom dress and never received it. Went to look for confirmation email and nothing. They targeted young girls on Instagram for marketing. Went to the website and it's gone. I have seen horrible reviews on social media. I also reported to Go Daddy, BBB and PayPal BBB. I want my money back you scamming pigs.
