Grace and Glory produces high quality products - they are not only well made but beautiful. I have ordered door knobs and knockers and fire place equipment made to the highest standard and beautifully finished.

Their quality and variety of choices is just right.
While it was a slow start in processing the order, the goods did arrive a day after they were despatched.
The selection on the website was excellent and the quality is good and what I was seeking.

Hi there. We're so sorry to hear that your parcel was delayed. Just to confirm though, and as already explained to yourself in our recent correspondence, the courier did try and deliver but there was no-one home. The parcel was taken to your local post office and a message was left for you advising you to collect at your convenience. We were not aware that the courier was unable to deliver to you, had we received your message, we would of course have assisted straight away. We appreciate that in your email you have acknowledged that the courier delivery is out of our control, however, as already mentioned if we had been made aware of this problem we would have been able to help.

Range available lives up to the name, Grace and Glory!
A beautiful range of products available but most of all I cannot fault the customer service we have received. Steve was marvellous in his knowledge about what they have on offer as well as readily available to answer the numerous questions I had for him.
He also quickly arranged for another delivery for an item I needed to exchange.
I am looking forward to having all the door furniture fixed over the coming days.
