Ordered a stove
Ordered a stove. Needed an air flow kit. Was told the stove came with one. Stove arrived accompanied with a flue for a boiler with a flow and return kit what looked like was for a combi boiler. I phoned and no one was sure why I received that. I had to order the correct part which cost more money and postage which would have been free with the original order.

Fireplace arrived and found to have two hairline cracks on the left hand side. Immediately contacted the seller and was offered compensation or replacement. It was dealt with by Aoife very quickly and to my satisfaction.

Easy to order, fast delivery. Although it says free delivery on the front page, there was surcharge as I live in the Highlands, still past of the UK mainland.

My only issue is that if the item isn’t suitable, you have to return it at your expense to Northern Ireland. However they are an England based company.
