We used GPNS for shipping our daughter's belongings from Vancouver to Toronto. From start to finish, they were amazing. Aresh was the best customer service person I've ever dealt with. Aresh responded to all my emails quickly and the responses were always clear and complete. The initial estimate of cost (including how the cost is calculated) was bang on - no surprises. And the delivery service that picked up the items to be palleted and shipped and the service that dropped off the pallets in Toronto were both very professional and friendly. We wholeheartedly recommend Aresh and GPNS.

This is without doubt the best service I have ever received. Everything went so smooth that I didn't even got to worry. Thanks a lot guys for the amazing service. I received help from three people but communicated a lot with Marcelo. Just so you know, you are the best! Keep up with the greatness. I contacted GPNS and spoke to Aresh on Monday July 14 and was told it would take 10-14 days for the shipment. By Wednesday I received a courier package sent by Marcelo and was followed by his phone call to make sure I received the package and if I had any questions, he also mentioned where to place the labels and tags. The shipment was picked up the following day. I received emails by Marcelo keeping me posted when the shipment departed and by Sunday July 20 it had arrived at the destination. I was very impressed with the customer service that Aresh and Marcelo showed and will recommend anyone shipping overeas. The price was affordable also.

Shipment of personal effects from Surrey, BC to Montreal. Excellent service from the very beginning to final delivery. It took only 5 days by land!

I called the company for an urgent shipment from Vancouver to Calgary. The very following day, my items were picked up by a professional friendly and very helpful driver.
The management maintained communication with me all through the services.
I decided to used the same company for shipment from Calgary to Yellowknife. They were able to provide me with all the services and support needed. My items were well packed and arrived at destination on time intact. They call me even after the delivery of the items to find out if I had any concern. This is great customer service.

ONCE THE CORRECT ADDRESS WAS FINALLY DETERMINED, THE DELIVERY OF THE ITEM WAS SIGNIFICANTLY FASTER THAN THE FIRST TIME, WHICH TOOK OVER 5 WEEKS COMPARED TO 6 DAYS FOR THIS ONE. COMMUNICATION WITH AGENT WAS DIFFICULT, BUT IN THE END, THE PACKAGE ARRIVED WHERE IT HAD TO GO.

I used the company for moving my personal belongings across the border, and it was a great experience overall! Jenalynn was very attentive, responded to my emails in a timely manner, and assisted in providing everything needed for the process. I needed to ship a lovely, very heavy, chest of drawers to the States. After finding no moving company to address my needs at even close to a respectable price, I was lucky to find GPNS Logistics on the web. I found Karol who was dedicated to customer service. She guided me every step of the way.

Pleasant to deal with and reliable shipments

We are a small, but rapidly growing specialised manufacturing business.
As our export markets are continually growing, we have searched extensively for the "right fit" with a customs broker/ freight forwarder.
We tried a few options, even though we were dealing with professional organisations, and never had a particularly bad experience, we never quite felt like we belonged.

I never thought I would write a review for a shipper but the experience was so good - here I am. I shipped some pieces I had bought at an auction from BC to Toronto. At all times GPNS was responsive. They gave me a quick estimate on cost. Packed the items and sent photos of that process and then kept me up to date on the progress of the shipment's transport.It was the best experience I have had with a shipper. I would definitely use them again.

I had product shipped from Canada to Japan and my experience with GPNS logistics has been great.
From being contacted directly by phone from their sales representative, adding a personal touch. To having all my consolidation shipment needs met by their shipping department and them contacting my suppliers directly to have everything run smoothly.
