i think they are frauds i had someone from India wanted my card to charge then this ROB SPEAR GUY! he hangs the phone up and says you need to pay the ticket before anything .
they change names it as Triad web design they say they dont know them then someone says it use to them then i ask r you guys for real or frauds he hangs up Please people BEWARE BEWARE

Their design has glitches
Their design has glitches, it's less than a year since I paid for the website and the promised CMS still doesn't work properly. I also paid for their hosting and website is not accessible quite often. Technical support doesn't answer at all, neither by phone nor thru interactive open ticket system. Crooks!!!

Lies on top of lies
We were told two weeks to completion and we are still website-less 3 months later. We paid them $200 for just logo creation. They tried to pass off 3 minutes in ms paint as a professional logo. There was not a single person who I showed the logo to who didn't laugh. Yeah, it is funny if your not the person paying for it. They work like 4 hours a week so good luck trying to keep them on the schedule or contacting them. Finally, they ask so many stupid question in attempt to make it look like you are slowing down the process. You have been warned. Steer clear!!!
