Katastrophales Unternehmen - Weihnachtsessen ruiniert!
Nach unzähligen E-Mails bezüglich Nachfrage wo unsere Lieferung/ Bestellung bleibt, kam am 23.12.23 eine E-Mail, wir würden unser Geld erstattet bekommen und sollten besser nicht mehr auf die Lieferung warten.
Hatten uns darauf verlassen und ich würde dieses Unternehmen eigentlich nichtmal mit einem Stern bewerten.
Bestellt wurde eine ganze Ente:
Lieferung: Bestellt wurde zum 24.12. Am 22.12. kam die E-Mail, das die Ente im Versand ist. Geliefert wurde am 24.12. ca. 11 Uhr. Zum Glück war es sehr kalt.
Die Zubereitung war einfach. Vom Auspacken bis auf den Teller in ca. 35 Minuten.
Die Lieferung beinhaltete: 1 Ente, Kartoffeln, Klöße, Rosenkohl, Rotkohl, Apfelkompott, sehr viel Sauce.
Die Portion war zum Satt werden und der Rotkohl war gut und lecker.
Zubereitung:
Ofen auf 200Grad vorheizen Topf mit Wasser zum Kochen bringen.
Alles zeitgleich für 20 Minuten hinein.
Dann auf vorgewärmte Teller und servieren…
Die Ente war ein wenig trocken und etwas blass. Deshalb und auch für die „Expresslieferung“ >24h gibt es die Abwertung auf 3 Sterne.
